Good location for visiting Panama City
Pros:

The location is great if you are visiting for Panama City and not necessarily going to the beach every day. The hotel is located right off of the Hathaway Bridge. Pros: beds were comfortable, free breakfast, nice size rooms, clean, the best coffee I've had at a hotel, employees were nice. Cons: they charge for parking which is ridiculous as they have plenty of parking, breakfast was too crowded and not enough staff to keep up with the guests, a few items in bathroom were broken and needed repair, check in took way too long, and the price seemed high for the room.

Our stay was decent and comfortable. The location was convenient
Pros:

I liked the location of this property. It wasn’t far from the beaches and shopping and dining. Beds were comfortable. Kip and Regina at front desk helped me quite a bit because I needed a more wheelchair accessible room and they both helped switch me into a room with a wheelchair accessible bathroom. I was really grateful for the help.

Cons:

The pool was closed most of the time during our stay and only opened the day before we had to leave.

Buon hotel di catena. Camera comoda. Bagno pulito. Colazione accettabile

Cons:

Il parcheggio è a pagamento, 10 dollari al giorno. Ma in questi hotel si arriva solo in auto visto che sono accanto alla statale. È quindi una tassa obbligatoria, dove altro potrei mettere l'auto?

Fun Time with family in Panama City Beach
Pros:

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was in a good location, quiet area. The beach, shopping and restaurants were driving distance. Customer service, their breakfast the entire staff were awesome! Only suggestion I recommend is to have a choice of hot grits, they only offered oatmeal.
Thanks for everything!
This place will always be my favorite.

A clean, safe hotel for a stay in PC
Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean, great tasting coffee and ice water available

Cons:

Check in was slow, had to pay for parking, breakfast was tasty but not enough staff to handle the amount of people who were eating, a few items in bathroom were in disrepair

OUTSTANDING MEETING ROOM USE EXPERIENCE
Pros:

Perfection location; easily accessible & close to area restaurants & activities. Sydney "saved the day" for us when a 6 month arrangement with a nearby hotel "faltered" near the "finish line" & she went out of her way to immediately step up for us & work out all the details within a matter of a couple of days. Friendly, congenial, accommodsting, enthusiastic, supportive, experienced, knowledgeable & thorough.
Think of something else & she'd be ready. Use her, her staff & location & save your time, energy, money & effort & for a "hassle free" experience. Do your part & make it easy on yourself & do it today, before you miss your chance, because "when word gets out", you'll be "left out"! 😉👍🏻

Good stay and close to a lot of
Pros:

Good location. Close to Pier Park, Daupin Winery and Pirate’s Voyage Dinner Theatre, the hotel has friendly staff, a safe location and not far from ECP airport.
