La propreté de la chambre
- l’emplacement de la chambre (nous sommes restés 5 nuits, un effort aurait pu être fait)
- l’absence de salade de fruits et de vrais jus de fruits
- le volume et le style de la musique diffusée du matin jusqu’au soir en salle de restauration et à la piscine
- la position de l’hôtel dans l’axe de la piste de l’aéroport de Split. La phase d’atterrissage de chaque avion avant de se poser était particulièrement audible (voir photo depuis la piscine) jusque dans les chambres.
- malgré une propreté faite quotidiennement, certaines installations de la salle de bains avaient des marques de corrosion. De plus une odeur initialement attribuée à un tapis humide est restée malgré le retrait de celui-ci pendant tout notre séjour.

A beautifully styled hotel in a stunning location. Our stay was 5 stars from start to finish. We were able to get into our room earlier than expected and offered a welcome drink on arrival.
The breakfast was full of variety and also menu which you can order fresh items, my favourite was smashed avocado and poached egg on toast.
I celebrated my birthday here and have a great cocktail in the bar to kick the evening off.
A special mention to Paula who gave us some great recommendations of restaurants and other beautiful places to visit!

The pool, spacious room, breakfast and cocktails
Trogir is so beautiful, and I am happy I stayed here. I loved everything in this hotel. The staff were kind and attentive. They upgraded me to a bigger room, which I really appreciate. They also went out of their way to make sure all my needs and wants were addressed. I ordered their eggs Benedict for breakfast every day because they were delicious. I wasn't able to enjoy the pool because there was a terrible windstorm, but I used the spa a lot. They had a promotion, so I got to enjoy a nice back massage for a lower price. The housekeeping team cleaned my room every day, so I had to post the 'do not disturb' sign so they could take a break. But still, they asked me if I needed anything (very thoughtful). Also, shoutout to Ana and everyone in the reception, breakfast buffet, spa, and even the maintenance team! :) Overall, aside from the location (beachfront and very near the airport & Trogir old town) and the spa, the staff were genuinely the reason for my nice experience. I hope I can come back when the weather is better!
I would say add more meat for breakfast, like bacon and sausages, but the eggs Benedict satisfied me anyway. For breakfast, they have a menu with various egg options included in the package, which is helpful. But for the coffee, I wish there were an option for hot chocolate, or even just choco powder, at the breakfast bar. But Lorena helped me by making me a mocha coffee from the reception bar. Also, I was lucky I got to use the jacuzzi solo a few times. But I couldn't imagine what it would be like during the peak season. I hope the hotel adds more spa facilities so guests won't be crowded in the future, and an indoor pool for when the weather is bad.

Staff were all friendly, polite and very helpful. Roof top private spa was wonderful. A stroll away from the crowds.

My partner and I stayed at Brown Beach House for our birthdays and we had such an amazing experience from start to finish.
We were checked in with a welcome prosecco, info and some local recommendations. As well as this, we were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to make our stay a little bit special which was really kind of the hotel. The family suite we stayed in was absolutely stunning, with the most beautiful views from both bedrooms and the lounge area - of both the old town and overlooking the pool.
The hotel itself was beautiful, and every member of staff we encountered was so friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with very nice coffee, a choice off the eggs menu, as well as the continental area where there was so much choice! The cleaners worked so hard to make sure all communal areas were clean at all times, as well as making our bed and replacing towels on a daily basis.
There is a spa with hot tub, sauna and steam room (although steam room was out of action). This area was small but does the job!
The hotel is right under the flight path to Split Airport which some people may not like but I loved seeing the planes flying in/out.
We were impressed with how far the WiFi reached the pool and being able to order food and cocktails to eat/drink around the pool.
I would recommend Brown Beach to anyone wanting a chilled holiday but wanting to be close enough to explore too. We would not hesitate to book again!!!
Nothing - everything exceeded our expectations and we absolutely loved our stay.
Our room was huge, breakfasts were amazing, and the swimming pool was great.
We were there in May and it was already quite a scramble to get a sun lounger by the pool - I suspect there isn't enough space for everyone in high season.
