We had a pleasant stay at Courtyard Quebec. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Also we have appreciated the cleanliness of the room.
While the stay was pleasant overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room did not include a safe and also housekeeping was provided only every two days, which is something that you normally not expect from a 4-star hotel.
The hotel is also located quite far from downtown Quebec City, and reaching the city center by public transportation can be challenging. The hotel offers a shuttle service, which is appreciated, but the schedule is rather restrictive, with only one departure at 9:00 AM and one return trip at 4:00 PM. Greater flexibility in the shuttle timetable would significantly enhance the guest experience.

La double facturation que nous avons eux et 2 prix différents auquel nous devions payer. Mais ont.nous a dit que ca devrais être réglé dans les 5 a 10 jours ouvrables. Quand un souci a gérer à notre retour
L’emplacement entre 2 autoroutes importantes avec plusieurs restaurants près.
Les lits étaient plutôt mous et petits. Aussi, nous avions des nouvelles serviettes et une sortie de poubelle après notre 2e nuit mais pas de lit refait .
C est très propre et bien situé
On a eu des problèmes avec l eau froide. Peu importe le sens qu ont tournais le robinet, l eau était toujours chaude . Chambre 609
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a nice, quiet area. The staff were friendly, and the room was well maintained. One feature we really appreciated was having a microwave in the room. There is also a small convenience store in the hotel lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks, and ready-to-eat food and heat it in the microwave, which was especially convenient late at night. In addition, there is a good 24-hour restaurant and a gas station right next to the hotel. The hotel is only about a 15-minute drive from downtown, making it a convenient location for exploring Quebec City.
There was no luggage assistance upon arrival, which made check-in less convenient. The room did not provide slippers, toiletries were very limited, and there was no kettle for making hot water. Housekeeping was also below expectations. During our five-night stay, the room was not cleaned unless we specifically requested it. On the third day, they only replaced the towels and emptied the trash, but no proper room cleaning was done. These are basic services that guests would normally expect from a hotel.
