Cons:

It was not as clean as it should be. We had to extend our stay an extra two days, and 5 days in a row there was a piece of trash along the edge of hallway not picked up! Five days!!! Couldn’t miss it

Good value and decent hotel
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the pillows , the shower and sink were clean. So was the toilet

Cons:

Some of the outlets didn’t work, the tv was hard to figure out, the pool looked unkept.

Got the queen 2 bed with kitchen. It was nice to have a large fridge and extra space. Even if we didn’t cook. Love the extra room.

Filthy, Loud, Horrible Management and Housekeeping!

I stayed here last year because I have a conference nearby so I thought I'd try it again... Big mistake!

Cons:

This place seriously went downhill in the last year. It took three attempts to get a room without someone already in it. I walked in on people in bed. The guy at the front desk said a lot of the new staff had not been checking people in correctly. The floor in the room was filthy this time.
I was kept up all night the second night with guys hanging out in the courtyard outside my room. That staff member refused to do anything about it with me calling every hour until 3:30 a.m. so I finally had to call the Gila River Police department. I left several messages requesting management to call me back but they are yet to do so.

Update: The response from management below is an absolute lie!!! No one EVER called me or left me a message. I checked my account and there was never any credit applied to my charges. If they left messages and gave a discount to someone, it certainly wasn't me! This response only adds insult to injury! If I don't hear from management and receive a refund ASAP, I will continue to escalate this issue!
