Super séjour très satisfaisant on a pris deux chambres. Personnel impeccable très sympathique

Très propre, confortable en face de l’arrêt de bus et du tram way , devant un snack et à côté d un bon restaurant italien , aussi le restaurant dispose d un restaurant ou peut manger avec des prix raisonnables et le matin prendre le petit déjeuner

A nice stay for one night!
Pros:

The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and a decent sized bathroom. We had no issues with any of the facilities. The area is a little far from the centre of Mestre (we knew this when we booked) but there are a few good places nearby (great sushi place right across the road!) There’s also a tram stop a 30 second walk away (tram 6 and 6L take you straight to Venice).

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t look good at all from the outside and needs some serious work. We had generally good interactions with the staff, apart from one guy I spoke to on the phone who didn’t help at all with a situation we had with the tourist tax.
When I later came to reception to try and resolve the issue, I was told it was impossible to get a refund, but found out online on my own that you can and applied for it there!

To πρωινό τελείωνε στις 09:00 και δεν είχαμε χρόνο να το πάρουμε. Δεν είχε 24-ωρη υποδοχή και επειδή η πτήση μας ήταν πρωινή δε βρήκαμε κανένα για check-out.

Pros:

They clean the rooms daily. Received new towels every day. AC was working fine. The bus to Venice was right next to the hotel which is a big plus.

Cons:

The exterior of the hotel looks bad. Didn’t really matter to us because the inside was fine, but they can work a bit on that.

I strongly do NOT recommend this place — SCAM!!!

When booking the room, I specifically chose one large bed, but the room had two separate beds that could not be joined together. Also, when we tried to resolve this issue, the administrator reacted aggressively and told us to cancel the booking and leave the hotel (for clarification, this happened on 23.05.2026 at 12 AM).

Although they later pushed the beds together, it still did not look like in the Booking photos. In the end, the extra money paid for the bed that does not exist was not refunded.

Además la parada de autobús directo a Venecia Plaza Roma (tomando el bus 6L) en frente al hotel... Excelente!!!

Clean, good location for bus, thin walls, friendly staff, worth to stay!
Pros:

Room was clean, the bus station is really close and the staff informed us about the bus and their schedule. The bathroom was clean and good enough.

Cons:

The bed was for 2 people but combined from 2 beds, so it was a bit uncomfortable.
The walls are really thin, so you can hear easily
