Unclean property and the staff was terrible.
they lie to you and they manipulate and they don’t serve you as it should be…
In the first place they lied to us about the bet and we have to ask for towels 2 days in a row because we had 1 small towel and we had ti go and take it like “give me the towel“ than the bed…. we asked a big bet for a couple, instead what they gave to us is 2 single bas that they merge together so they can imitate a full couple bed and when we asked about it they said they didn’t have any other free rooms and they said that we do not refund.. so we payed and no refund back and it was like you take it or leave it and no money back!!! AND THE BEST PART, we asked the girl in the reception for the owner or a manager to contact and the gave us the number of an Employee that was there…

El hotel por dentro estaba muy bien. Necesitábamos reservar un taxi para ir al aeropuerto y la chica de recepción lo hizo sin problema, nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitábamos.

Cons:

Aunque sea muy fácil llegar a la isla, pues el tranvía y la parada del autobús están muy cerca; por la noche la zona puede ser un poco peligrosa.

Pros:

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The price was excellent for what was offered, and there was good availability, which made booking easy. The service throughout my stay was fantastic, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.
A special thank you to the receptionist, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made check-in smooth, were always happy to help with any questions, and made me feel valued as a guest. Highly recommended!

Pokoje były czyste, sprzątane na bieżąco, brak nieprzyjemnych zapachów. Cena do jakości bardzo dobra

Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, łatwo zaparkować samochód, lokalnie masa połączeń do atrakcji turystycznych w okolicy, sklepy i spokojna okolica

Чистота кімнати , шумний кондиціонер, все старе і поламане. В ванній кімнаті всюди пліснява. Покривала вже давно потрібно замінити , вони дуже не чисті і мають поганий запах.
