Fine for a short stay, but set your expectations on location and room assignment
Pros:

It was fine overall.

Cons:

The hotel is inside a large, busy mall with active evening and night life. That wasn’t clear to me from the booking page, and it’s worth knowing before you reserve. Parking is free, but you share the lot with mall visitors. I had to park a fair distance from my room, including the night before a 4:30 a.m. airport departure.

I reserved a room with two queen beds and was assigned a king accessible room with no explanation. It took some time to figure out the accessible shower, and I was concerned that a guest who needed those features might have been displaced. When I asked for a quiet room at check-in, I was told that because I had booked a special king room, I would get what I was given. I didn’t know what that meant, and it wasn’t mentioned when I booked.

In fairness, the room was quiet and the stay was fine overall. The adjoining room was a drawback for me. For the price, though, I expected clearer communication about the room type and the setting.

Would suggest: Disclose the mall location and parking situation at booking, and explain any room changes at check-in.

The perfect location for exploring the whole island.
Pros:

The location was great, part of an outdoor mall with shops and restaurants everywhere, there is no resort fee or parking fee! It was a great base for us to explore the island, without having to get out of Honolulu every day. The staff were lovely and assisted me with changing a room when I arrived.

The convenience of everything.

Cons:

Unlike the rest of the other hotels i've been, they always check you in for breakfast. But here nobody check in.I paid extra for breakfast, which made me feel I shouldn't have paid extra. 'coz all people seems like can just go in and have breakfast not knowing if they paid additional like i am. And would also be Very unfair to others who paid additional for breakfast.

Great location.
Pros:

Good breakfast selection. Also had a great view of downtown Honolulu and Diamond Head from the room. Hotel is part of a major mall with a great selection of dining and shopping.

Cons:

one of the front desk clerk on arrival is not welcoming not smiling or no eye contact .we left one day and expect room to be clean but not done its our 3rd day stay no signs that we dont need it ,so ihave to tell the front for cleaning and towels but they said house keeping is out already.but they just give us clean towel ,.next day they clean after i asked but for no tissue paper replace on the holder.house keeping needs to focus on thier work ..
