Pros:

The warm cookies they give you after a long journey there. The staff are always warm and friendly and always accommodating. Please note the check in is on the 12.floor..that's the main reception. Breakfast was really. Very good selections of food. Rooftop bar was a treat although you need to know how to walk to it. The Grab taxis are easy to get from downstairs. The concierge at the ground lobby is always very helpful.

Cons:

The pool can have maybe some staff walking around to ensure the guests are okay..I had to find a staff member just to order some drinks.bothernthan that, it is really a good hotel.

Great kids’ play room—clean, fun, and well-maintained.
Aisyah was incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive to the children.
She made our visit even more enjoyable with her excellent service.

Pros:

Nizam from gym and sauna has been a great gem. I put my hp in the locker but could not retrieve it. He was around to help me out. He was calm and assuring.

The staff were very helpful, when I was down with mild food poisoning and requested for help to get some medicine, they helped and managed to get me the medicine.
