Pros:

The food was delicious. Spoilt with options

Cons:

The parking area to the lobby lift was not mend properly. Dirty looking and was not well kept. The toilets on that floor should be well maintained if you want your guests to use them. Should have security or your team members to make the guests feel safe especially for single travellers. Lights up to the parking bays were not working for whatever reasons.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, good service and a range of facilities. It’s also clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

One small improvement they could make is maybe to include screen mirroring for our devices to the room TV. They only had audio mirroring so we couldn’t watch our own shows.

A comfortable and relaxing stay
Pros:

Spacious rooms with facilities in good working order. Attentive PR who constantly seeks for feedback, and very prompt housekeeping service when we requested for special pillows.

Cons:

Service was excellent on the whole, but experience was marred by a rather unpleasant incident on checkout when we asked for luggage storage service. On returning from our lunch to retrieve our luggage, we were rather upset with the way the staff member dragged our bags on the floor instead of carrying them.

Will always be my hotel to stay on my every visit to melacca
Pros:

The breakfast of course with the spread of Asia food and very tasty all. The size of room and cleanliness always the comfortable bed mattress n pillow but of course not forgetting the front desk duty manager serving me on that the day and my previous visit in may this year. Also the valet keep up the good work
