Invest the property. They need a new things there.
Pros:

I stayed the hotel many times. Before it was good. Now things are old and need to be changed. The restaurant is awful. The staff are cureless.

Cons:

The facilities is old. Towels. Bedsheets, Carbets never Hovered

Je très déçu pour un tel hotel
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour le service les employés sont bien.

Cons:

J'ai commandé une chambre avec deux lits on m'a donné une chambre avec un lit et un matelas, parce qu'ils avaient plus de chambre disponible. Le check in à 4:30pm.
Le petit déjeuner est très décevant.

احببت الاقامه فيه لموقعه بالرغم من عيوبه …

موقع الفندق جميل جدا وقريب منك ااخدمات وماركت فريند شيب ووفيه صرف بسعر جيد بالاضافه لكوفي لندن وصيدليه قريبه والموقع ممتاز ولا غلطه
وتقدر تروح حجوزات الرحله وعندهم مخزن للحقائب في حال العودة للفندق
الغرفه واسعه واطلاله جميله

الغلايه كانت معفنه فيها بواقي حليب والريحة لا احكي لكم
فرش الارض القريبه من ااحمام كانت ريحته معفنه
وعيبهم يدخلوا ع العميل بدون استئذان … غرفه تنظيف الغرف صارت معانا مره واشتكينا وماعاد تكررت

Great location but needs a bit of TLC
Pros:

Location is excellent. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Free airport shuttle was very helpful. Breakfast was decent with a good range of baked items.

Cons:

There were no pillow cases on my pillows both nights I stayed. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were used already. The receptionists were very friendly but didn’t speak very much english so it made it difficult to communicate. It all feels like it just need a bit of TLC.

اعجبني في الموقع انه في شارع بولي مقابل كوفي لندن
والمكان امان

Cons:

شطاف الماء جهةاليسار وقوي مانقدر نظغطه
وصراصير في الحمام
والفطور غير منوع
صوت الشارع مزعج جدا والاغاني نسمعها من برا لين خمس الصبح
