Situation bacome worst than 2 years ago.
Pros:

Location is very near to the airport and staff is so friendly and helpfull

Cons:

I visited 2 years ago and it was good then. Now the situation is so bad . They don’t maintained the hotel. Even the brake fast Restaurant chairs has not been cleaned for several months.they become blackish on the headrest areas. Room wallpapers are already worn-out and tore in several areas.

والجناح واسع واطلالته جميلة

Cons:

للأسف لقد تعرضت الى قرص حشرة بق الفراش بشكل كبير في جسمي وهذا بسبب عدم نظافة مرتبة السرير والغطاء
ومازلت اتلقى العلاج في بلدي بسبب هذا الاهمال

Memona hotel review
Pros:

The cleaning staffs were kind,free gym and steam bath.but bathroom was leaking water. And sometimes there was blackout with no strong internet connection.

Cons:

The RECEPTIONIST STAFF LADY EVEN AFTER INFORMING HER AND PROMISING THE TRANSPORT TO THE AIRPORT 2 DAYS TO MY LAST DAY.SHE DECLINED MY REQUEST THE LAST MINUTE , CLAIMING THE VAN HAD NO FUEL WHICH MADE ME ALMOST MISS MY FLIGHT .

Cons:

Why would you contact booking.com and claim I never showed up and I didn’t pay, and then try to charge me a no-show fee after I checked out?

Also tried to have me go on a scam cab ride that was gonna charge me double.

Oh yeah, all this happened in a one night stay.

Cons:

Pillows and sheets smelled like sweaty armpits. Kettle and mini fridge DIDNT work. The shower takes long for the hot water to come. Towel are used up and old. Shortage of pillow cases. They don’t vacuum the fully carpeted room walking bafefoot made my feet dusty and dry. The paper slippers are extremely slippery. CANT swim unless you wear a head covering which they don’t provide. Constant loud music by the pool. Outdoor shower curtains and rails all begging to go. Sponge mattresses all ripped and stained by the pool. All furnitures poorly assembled. Stains on sofas and French windows. Cleaning staff not trained or provided with the proper cleaning tools. The receptions call me every day for the bills which I expected to pay at check out. Each time I leave the room they denied me rentry unless I paid for the following day. Even tho Ive been their guest for a week paying on a daily basis coz that’s their policy. Payments are done every day not at check out. Constantly been harassed for anything I ate or drank on the spot.

الموقع على اقضل شارع أوبي

Cons:

المرتبة السرير سيئة جداً، الستائر لا تحجب الضوء أبداً، الفندق ليس به عوازل صوت كل اصوات السيارات داخل الغرفة، رائحة طبخ كريهة تخترق الغرف يومياً ، ريحة الحمام😢
