La camera era molto bella, elegante, e in una posizione ottimale. Doccia eccellente e molto grande. Letto molto comodo, graditissimi i molti cuscini.

Pros:

A localização era incrível. Muito próximo do relógio astronômico e de toda a região mais turística da cidade. Conseguimos fazer grande parte do roteiro a pé, mas também muito fácil para ter acesso aos transportes públicos. Apesar da recepção não funcionar 24h foi muito tranquilo acessar a acomodação quando chegamos.

La ubicación es inmejorable, a 5 minutos de la plaza principal y de la zona de los puentes. La cama es comodísima y todo estaba muy limpio.

La ubicación. Cerca de la plaza Vieja y del río. Con muchos restaurantes y tiendas.
La habitación era amplia.

Locatie, grootte van de kamer, netheid

Cons:

Korte openingstijden receptie maar vooral geen AC voor een 4 sterren hotel. Er was een ventilator in de kamer doch was het te warm. Met het alsmaar warmere weer zou dit toch overwogen moeten worden.
Bedden waren iets aan de harde kant.

Elevators were in the middle of floors (1.5, 2.5 …);
Mini fridge did not wirk and things inside were warm so we didn’t take anything; reception only opens from 8-17; water leaks from shower to washroom floor.

El aire acondicionado era un ventilador. El ascensor no llegaba a las plantas, se quedaba en entre plantas y la recepción cerraba a las 5. No era acorde a lo indicado y esperado para 4 estrellas.
