The location is great, but if you’re looking for a fresh, clean-feeling hotel, this isn’t the place.

The hotel could benefit from a thorough deep clean. The walls, doors, bathrooms and bed linen all appeared to need more attention to cleanliness.

PALETTE HOTEL IN LEGIAN
Pros:

Big, comfy bed. Cable TV and hot shower. Rooftop swimming pool was very good. It is value for money and in a good position.

Cons:

Front desk looked a bit shabby. Flowers or statues would have been good or maybe a Bali painting. Breakfast needs more variety of tropical fruit and hot tea, not just coffee. Plates had chips in them and cutlery was hard to find. Couches need reupholstering. It is looking a bit unloved and needs a renovation. Towels could be newer without holes.

Absolutely disgraceful
Pros:

Nothing, booked for 3 nights, left after the first night

Cons:

Did not get 2 Queen Balcony rooms as booked and paid for. White bed linen was grey, black grease on my pillow. Noise from water heater kept my sister awake all night

Needs work done to the hotel looking tired.
Pros:

Location was great and the staff very helpfull,the loverly girls at breakfast we very helpful

Cons:

As i had stayed here when it was zest,I feel it needs ro be freshened up with paint.
I really feel the steel rail up stairs near the pool REALLY need to be fixed before some one leans on them and falls off the roof and dies.
The decking around the pool needs to be addressed as well.

Pros:

Great value hotel stayed for 14 nights in excellent location of legian great restaurant choices and the beach a short walk away staff are very friendly and helpful room was clean and comfortable not a huge room but who lives in there room when on holidays. Roof top pool is cool.

Look At Other Options than Palette in Legian.
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

I've stayed at this property for years when it was Zest. Once it changed management to Palette unfortunately it will be my last stay here. Poor service, too many things went wrong time and time again. There are many other options in Legian at the same price point that are far better. Try looking at other properties would be my recommendation if you're planning on staying in Legian.

Wouldn’t stay there again. Thankfully it was only for 2 nights.
Pros:

The people at reception was always helpful and tried to accommodate our request for change of rooms.

Cons:

The property was not clean and the linen was dirty and had holes in the bedding as well as the bath towels. Air conditioning was subpar.

Terrible however we did only use it as a transit place before moving into a Villa.
