Good location and gym
Pros:

We really enjoyed the gym! The hotel is well located, close to the new mall and rooms are comfortable and clean. Lovely stay.

Cons:

Quite pricey rooms and breakfast too.

Perfect for launching into the Okavango Delta
Pros:

Free 7 minute airport transfers, great location (walking distance to Maun Mall - retail stores, Nandos, etc), super friendly staff, clean and comfortable

Cons:

Dinner at the Boma took ages to arrive and wasn't great when it eventually did

Great place to start and end a safari
Pros:

Very happy with location, the shuttle service was very good and appreciated. Quiet. Provides mosquito net on request although mosquitoes were not a problem. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

As a backpacker I found Lodge food prices expensive but restaurants are expensive in Botswana.

Pros:

Das sehr freundliche Personal.
Abends gab es Live Musik und einmal eine Folklore Vorführung. Das essen war sehr gut.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gediegen eingerichtet.
Über die Lodge haben wir eine Fahrt mit einem Mokoro (Einbaum) im Delta gebucht. Das war ein unglaublich schönes Erlebnis.

A great place to rest and recover before heading on safari!
Pros:

The staff are wonderful as always in Botswana, the gardens are beautiful and the food was good, if a little slow. A great place to start an African Adventure !

It's a little dated, a wall plug socket had no cover plate and wasn't working, tv reception isn't great and the full breakfast is way overpriced

Satisfactory overnight stay in Maun where limited options
Pros:

Boma dinner was very good with local entertainment . It is a big hotel suited to large tourist groups and business conventions.

Cons:

Road noise was heard from close by bridge. The shower from next door could be heard and cigarette smoking could be smelt from close by.

Horrible everything except for the restaurant, terrible value for money.
Pros:

The restaurant was the only decent part of this horrible place.

Cons:

I first checked in to realise that I was paying over 1000 Pula over the rate that my father who was checking in alongside me. That might be just a big issue on booking.com’s side although I don’t believe the surcharge could be that much.

Now if I am paying $160 a night for a room in Botswana I would expect at least decent WiFi; terrible signal in the room I was put in.

The shower is so uncomfortable to get in, to stand in, to start the water, to change the temperature. Every possible issue you could have with a shower presented itself here, awful experience. I just camped in Moremi for 12 days and I prefer the camp ablutions over this horrible shower at a lodge. Wow.

Then on top of everything, I get chased out in the morning because the airport shuttle, which I had booked for 11:30 that morning for a flight that only leaves at 1:50 PM. They called and told me I have to leave at 10 AM because it works better for THEIR itinerary. Mind you they called at 9:50 AM to tell me this. 0 customer service, honestly so sad compared to my other stays here in Botswana which were amazing for around the same price.

Terrible, terrible, terrible, I cannot believe how poor of an experience this stay was.

Nice place to stay at Maun, good location and food!
Pros:

Location is excellent, not very far from the airport, also 5 min walking distance form a new shopping mall (Mall of Maul / Checkers).
Excellent staffs, rooms are clean and spacious, food is good, also has a swimming pool, although I have not used it.

Cons:

Nothing such to mention, however, a few points to mention just for the sake of information. There is no elevator, but for those are looking for it. Also the bathrooms are having some old feeling/look, they are not super new.
