Pros:

L'emplacement stratégique à proximité du lac et du théâtre de Vidy, le confort de l'appartement, la propreté, la carte de transport gratuite, l'arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble offrant un accès direct à Lausanne Ouchy en trois arrêts, ainsi que le parking privé sont des atouts majeurs.
La présence de Vito à la réception, dont l'amabilité et le professionnalisme sont remarquables, est également très appréciée.

Though not high end this has lots to recommend it, I'm always thus happy to rebook (my 3rd visit)
Pros:

Opposite the park with easy access to lakeside restaurants, k eybox for arrival out of hours works well for security and access, the lift so that heavy cases are easily got to the top floor, beds are comfy, everything's clean and there's always good hot water, the fridge, everything one needs is provided, some of the wall art, good wifi

Cons:

Rooms with only metal chairs mean evening sitting must necessarily be on the bed, the soap provided could be in easier to use containers and a bit better quality, the rooms can be very warm & though windows can be opened, it can often be noisy externally as it's a busy road
