Would highly recommend. And the service was truly outstanding
Pros:

The service was the best thing about the property - people were amazing and the Spa experience outstanding. Chathurika organised our treatment day and she was brilliant. Fazil greeted us on arrival and went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed. Keith the manager was professional and courteous - always checking in to ensure our stay was pleasant. Hotel itself had big, comfortable rooms with huge bathrooms. The gym was great and the pool was beautiful. The staff at Ward 7 Bar were lovely too - cannot recommend highly enough.

Cons:

I only wish they had a lounge area where guests could chill out, rather than in rooms or bar area. In saying that, place was still great!

Pros:

This is a lovely, understated hotel in a quiet, upscale part of Colombo. The rooms are clean, bright and tasteful. The staff are wonderful across check-in, housekeeping, room service and dining. I must give a special shout-out to Jagath, Sirisena and the whole bell staff team, who were very helpful to one of our party with mobility challenges.

A highly recommended hotel.

Super start to our Sri lanka stay in Colombo
Pros:

The staff. So kind to our children. Housekeeping left a cake and candles in our room for our eldest daughters 6th birthday.

Cons:

We didn't understand why booking.com allowed us to book a room for 2x adult and 2x children when in reality the room only allows for 2 adults in a big double bed plus one extra small bed for a child. We then requested an extra cot for our 4yr old! Good job she's quite little! You have to read the small print on booking.com for what your room actually entails, otherwise you could end up in a pickle because the hotel doesn't actually permit 2 x small beds in the room size we chose despite booking.com saying it was suitable for 2 adults and 2x children.

As a frequent traveler, I highly recommend Jetwing Colombo 7. The hotel is modern, sparkling clean, and located in a fantastic, quiet part of the city. The rooms are massive and well-designed with very comfortable beds. The true showstopper is the rooftop infinity pool and the Ward7 bar—unbeatable sunset views over Colombo! The breakfast buffet was top-notch with a wide variety of choices, and the staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Exceptional service from start to finish. Will stay here again!

We enjoyed the stay. Good Breakfast, Infinity Swimming pool was a good spot to enjoy the day.

Fantastisch hotel om onze reis door Sri Lanka ontspannen te starten, met supervriendelijk personeel, veel aandacht voor
Pros:

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Jetwing Colombo Seven. Het was de perfecte plek om onze reis door Sri Lanka te beginnen en even bij te komen van de lange vlucht voordat we echt aan onze rondreis begonnen.

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam - niets is te gek. Daarnaast waren ze ook enorm lief en attent voor onze kinderen, wat voor ons als gezin met jonge kinderen echt het verschil maakte.

Ook het ontbijt is geweldig, met een ruime keuze aan zowel lokale Sri Lankaanse gerechten als internationale opties.

We hebben zo’n fijne ervaring gehad dat we overwegen om aan het einde van onze reis nog eens terug te komen voordat we naar huis vliegen. Absoluut een aanrader voor gezinnen die comfortabel en ontspannen aan hun reis door Sri Lanka willen beginnen.
