場所は便利だけど、疲れは取れない。酔って眠って、朝早めにチェックアウトしました。立地条件は良いので、リフォームの時期だと思います。

客室は値段相応。スタッフは親切。繁華街の中にあり、大変便利。

The apartment wasn't clean. I checked in after midnight and there was water all over the bathroom which wasnt mopped and shoesprints all over the apartment. Next day I asked the reception either to clean the room or to change. They have just mopped the bathroom and the room. During my stay I found ants in the room and a cockroach in the bathroom. It is a shame for such apartments to be hosted in websites for booking and I am really disappointed with Expedia for not having checked or ask for infos about these types of apartments

I stayed at **Queen Central Apartment-Hotel**, located at **10AB Thai Van Lung St., Ben Nghe Ward, District 1 - Japanese Area, Ho Chi Minh City 70000, Vietnam**, from November 14-17, 2024, paying $20 per night (excluding taxes and other fees). While the hotel offers a budget-friendly price, my overall experience was underwhelming.

One of the first issues I encountered was the lack of clarity in the hotel’s name—it does not specify “2,” which led me to the wrong Queen Central Hotel initially.

My room was on the second floor, and I expected basic amenities, but several issues stood out. The TV was broken and non-functional, which wasn’t a major concern for me. However, I found a condom in the bed, and there was visible trash in the hollow space of the headboard. These raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the bedding was unusual—it looked more like a stitched bedsheet than a proper blanket.

The amenities provided were minimal, which is expected for a budget hotel. When I requested bath soap, the staff gave me a large amount of shampoo instead. While this was a bit inconvenient, the staff were very friendly and did their best to assist, despite having limited English proficiency.

The most significant issue occurred on my last day when there was no water in the toilet or shower, causing considerable inconvenience on my part when I used the toilet. I had to go to great lengths to lodge a complaint.

Overall, while the location in the Japanese area is convenient and the price is affordable, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance, combined with the confusion caused by the unclear naming, made my stay less than ideal. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Poor facility & services

직원들은 아주 친절했지만, 고쳐야 할 시설이 너무 많았어요.

Staff are incredible and will do anything to help. Rooms and hotel are in need of updating. Cleanliness could definitely be better. You also need to request from reception for your room to be cleaned. The Hotel is fairly central and close to restaurants and bars.

Quite cheap for the location. Japanese street so it'll be quite loud at night but that not a big problem for me. They do not clean your room until you ask. But when I check in the room was clean and tidy and 7th floor was airy. And I reduce 1 star cuz I had to ask for new towel after cleaning.
Cuz it's so cheap for the location, easy to travel for business so it's good for me.

Really comfortable and convenient

Great value for the price. The hotel included a jacuzzi bath and air conditioner for my unit. Basic amenities were included, but electricity would shut off if you used too much. Also, the room walls needed cleaning when I was there. Otherwise, the location is great (the hotel is inside a Japanese sub district next to a Sukiya and Familymart).

The rooms were dirty initially no towels. The staff were unhelpful. To top it all there was a music venue that played loud music until 2 am making it impossible to sleep. Avoid like the plague. It is close to the centre.

Receptionist irresponsible attitude to customers, very bad service from staff to quality of housing.
The security team of the QUEEN CENTRAL HOTEL 2 hotel has a bad attitude, no education, swears and abuses customers, the service is very bad and the staff is both unethical but also lacking in education.
QUEEN CENTRAL HOTEL 2 Hotel Service needs to be boycotted and temporarily stopped operating.

部屋の掃除がきれいでない。バスタオルもきれいでない。
ハミガキセットなどのアメニティがなかった。

ホーチミン1区で利便性は良い。
歯磨、入浴セットは自前で用意しないとゆっくりと泊まれません。
すぐ近くにコンビニがあるので便利です。

部屋に入った時にカビ臭かった。

조식포함이라고 예약했는데 환불해줬지만 조식없음

ホテルの場所は繁華街で便利。タオルとか清潔度はいまいち、石鹸・ハブラシは持参しないと無い。
仕事時での使用は問題ないが、短期旅行時には不向きです。
冷蔵庫はそこそこ大きいので部屋での料理は可能。
