De toda minha experiência em Seul, sem dúvidas, ficou melhor ainda com a escolha desse hotel. Espaçoso, tinha uma escova Dyson à disposição, fora a Limpeza e organização

The staff is so nice and helpful, location is great and convenient. It has a really good breakfast, the rooms are extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The location was very central and the staff was so helpful.
The shower water kept coming out and running in the floor. Perhaps thinking if a way to stop or fix the shower doors would help.
In een woord: geweldig! Het personeel is super vriendelijk en de locatie is perfect. Alles in de buurt; winkels, taxi plekken, restaurants (ook een prima restaurant in het hotel), etc. Er is ook echt een heerlijke geur.
Het hoofdonderwerp van het hotel is films. Je ziet leuke onderdelen in de filmwereld.
Na het uitchecken probeerde we een taxi te krijgen. Dit lukte niet en we moesten een trein halen. Gezien ik een lichamelijk beperking heb heeft het personeel tot de laatste minuut ons geholpen om in een taxi te komen om onze trein op tijd te halen. Ze hadden ons zelfs naar de grote weg gebracht met al onze koffers.
Wij zouden zeker nogmaals terug willen komen!
Wij hebben dit hotel toevallig kunnen boeken met een extra goede korting. Nu willen we heel graag terug, maar de prijs is toch wel bovemgemiddeld; wat het zeker wel waard was, laten we dat duidelijk hebben!
Loved how modern and clean the room was. Had a Dyson hair dryer and monitor by the bed to control the rooms functions. Staff were very accomodating. Concierge staff helped me with directions and taxi’s each morning without hesitation. Staff at reception happily heated up my food (dietary restrictions) in their microwave and made me feel comfortable.
The breakfast was good, but we arrived around 9:30 a.m. and asked at the entrance if there was still enough time to eat. We were told that breakfast was served until 10:00 a.m. and that we could still order, so we went ahead.
Unfortunately, at exactly 10:00 a.m., a waiter came to our table, took away my cutlery and plate; even though I was still eating and had only just buttered my bread roll, and informed us that breakfast was over. I just managed to hold on to my coffee before it disappeared as well! It felt a bit unnecessary and left a poor impression. That said, this seemed to be the exception rather than the rule, as the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
We had booked a room with a window, but our view was simply the brick wall of the building next door. As someone who really values a nice view, this was disappointing. I could have requested a different room, but after arriving late following a 14-hour flight, I didn't feel it was worth the hassle. Had I known in advance, I would have happily paid for an upgrade to a room with a view of Seoul and the morning sky.
