- Electric cars with a weight exceeding 2.5t (KIA EV9, Benz EQS, etc.)
- Some compact commercial vehicles (Hyundai Porter, Kia Bongo, etc.)
Please note that the car's maximum weight is 3 tons. Entry is not permitted if the permitted weight limit is exceeded, due to the risk of malfunction or safety hazards.

Location is excellent. Decor and motif of the hotel is great too. The communal areas are well maintained.
The room is close to a restaurant I believe. Just outside my window I had really clear conversations coming in from a concrete stairwell. You could hear staff and residents all throughout the night into the early hours of the morning. It was really hard to sleep.

The bed was very comfortable, as with the huge vanity counter and mirror; love the Dyson hair dryer too. Appreciate the thoughtfulness of the housekeeping staff to provide us with a drying mat from observing how we had placed our toothbrushes. There's also sufficient walking space after laying out our luggages.
To use the rainshower, you had to turn the water flow to the maximum so that the water pressure causes the knob to stay in place instead of snapping back and switching to the shower head mode. As a result, I was letting the rainshower run continuously throughout my shower duration which means water wastage. While the toiletries were good, the pump bottles aren't the most efficent (it takes you quite a number of pumps to get a substantial amount of shampoo/conditioner out for long-haired girls for eg.). For the hotel rate we paid and having stayed at other hotels before that are lower priced, this isn't the best and most convenient shower experience; toothbrush and toothpaste also aren't complimentary.
