Lovely friendly and personal service. Comfortable old style boutique hotel in a good area.
The bathroom is very small and pokey and sink difficult to manage no plug. Hot water takes 5mins to arrive.
Es un hotel tranquilo y coqueto en una zona residencial del barrio de Italia. El personal es todo amabilidad, te hacen sentir como en casa, no se puede pedir más. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario y es muy tranquila para descansar. El desayuno es muy completo y varían los postres cada día. Se puede también comer y cenar a u buena relación calidad precio. Muy recomendable para visitar Santiago.
No tiene ascensor pero Daniel nos ayudó a subir las maletas al primer piso.

Es gab Kuchen zum Frühstück, aber diesen kann man gerne gegen Sandwiches tauschen und auch nach Eiern fragen, wenn man, wie wir als Deutsche dieses süße Frühstück nicht gewohnt sind. Und wenn man mit einer Erkältung anreist, bekommt man sogar einen Wasserkocher und Tee aufs Zimmer. Wir waren begeistert.
