自分に接してくれたスタッフの対応が全員とても良かった

Cons:

タイミングが悪かっただけだが、本来2ヶ所あるところ朝食が1ヶ所しかなかった

Pros:

駅前なので、天気が悪くても荷物を持っての移動が楽だった
フロントのスタッフさんの感じの良さにはとても感動する
施設は古いが綺麗に清掃されていた
朝食券がもらえたのでよかった
用事のある場所に近く便利だった
チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえたので助かった

Cons:

ホテルのエレベータホールがある１階は、パチンコ屋があり治安に問題がありそうで怖い感じがしたし喫煙ルームがあってタバコ臭くて空気が悪いので最悪
宿泊者でなくとも宿泊階に上がってこれるエレベーターなので、防犯対策がとても気になる
部屋が暗いので、卓上置きの照明器具を借りたが、そもそも部屋の天井にライトが欲しい
ベッドのスプリングが良くないので寝心地が悪かった

地元の穴場ホテル
Pros:

立地とスタッフの対応。建物は古くても清潔なので凄く穴場のホテルと思います。

Cons:

特にありませんが、昔みたいに、手作り感のある朝食を復活して欲しいです。
でも、今も工夫をされて、近くのパン屋か牛丼屋を選択できるのは素晴らしい。
