Very unhelpful inconsiderate check in person Gave wrong info about breakfast didn't activate key properly and did not inform us of the $100 hold on the credit card The other people were lovely

Cons:

One of the mattress in my room did sink down a bit too much, not sure if it’s just very soft or the structure has gone in it. Over all not a big issue
