the room was clean enough and good value for money. The location was fantastic. Reception/ and entrance needs some attention. But perfect stay forr the one night as I needed good value. Also there was a fan in the room as weather had been exceptionally hot.8

It was dirty windows was smashed and the receptionist was rude he wasn’t there at check out had to wait for deposit as he was “out for breakfast” i paid deposit in cash but the guy tried to say he would transfer me it back (so dodgy and unprofessional) he nearly made me miss my train.
Location was great beach is across the road. room was clean but very small,
There was a lift but it wasn't working we were at the top of the building and had to keep waking up the stairs. there were improvement works gong on in the property at the time of our stay.
on the website it says the room came with wifi but when we got there the guy on the desk said it wasn't working.

Location was great, the room itself was clean. Bit damaged but ok.
No staff on reception. Had to put a holding of £25 a night. Room had damaged so had to record it so it was not applied to me. Nosie with people walking past room most of the night.
The room was quite clean, everything worked and the bed was comfortable. The location was very good, we could see the sea from our window.
No staff on desk until 10 am. No bar or restaurant.
The staff were lovely. And the room was clean and fresh with really comfortable beds.
There was no free wifi even though it said there was when we booked.
Me and my 2 children were attacked by 2 other guests staying there to the point we had to call the police and hide at the beach cold and in our pyjamas until the police came as it wasn't safe to go in the building.
Ended up staying up all night as the 2 other guests kept trying to get into the building.
And we are pressing charges.

Lift:- wasn't working for me and my parents were both have knee problems walk upto third floor with cases wasn't fun.
Tv:- when we turn on the tv its left on adult tv

Charge: 75.00 on top paying for the room as booking.com say taxes and charges include in the prices. ?????? Still want on its to come back to me.
Everytime we went down stairs, there no one reception. Phone a number wait 20 mins for them to come.
Ideal location for what I needed and cheap.
The dull reception that was a little smelly, dirty duvet, TV that didn’t work, boarded up window 😬
The size, comfort and cleanliness of my room. The manager let me store some beverages in his reception fridge to keep them cold in the heatwave.
Once again there was no working wi-fi throughout the hotel. This happened last time in June and it was reported, but still wasn't fixed when I came back to stay again a month later.

The buiding site we arrived to,toilets in reception were disgusting,dirty floors,staff awful.Wasnt as advertised,room was ok but dirty pillow cases,wandered if the bed had been remade and not changed?
Great for backpackers and young people who may need a cheapish bed for the night.
The hotel lift wasn't in operation and there was no WiFi!!
NOT suitable for elderly or those who can't manage stairs.
If you require 24 hour reception do not stay here
The location is the only thing going for this hotel especially during Eastbourne Airshow.
But the rooms are not air conditioned but we were lucky to have fans in our rooms!

Pas de service petit-déjeuner. L'ascenseur ne fonctinne pas. Internet ne fonctionne pas. La superficie de la chambre est réduite. Le lit est inconfortable (mou) et aurait besoin d'etre remplacé. Le hall et la réception de l'hotel auraient besoin d'être refait.

Nobody on the reception to check in or check out , the reception area was in a mess ,
Very close to the beach.
The room was described as deluxe but its not what you get! The shower had Mould on the shower tray. There was no Internet which meant there was hardly any TV channels working. No fan and its very hot! The hotel needs completely renovating and is very dirty. I would certainly not recommend this hotel.
