Its advertised with boarding thats not true its street parking .
Parking straight outside over night free Fab
Arrived reaction stinks of old fangs and the carpet is disgusting , so so sad , this could be a fantastic place , no receptionist had to call a number then wait 10 mins for them to arrive st up and gove key , no customer care just there's ya key . There is no lift so if yiu have any issues with mobility or heavy luggage dont even think of staying. And no help from tge 1 member of staff who promptly left .

Single room v small but clean all the very basics , clean a place to lay your head , quiet
Wi fi jeeps vutting out so dont expect to be ablecto use for work , just sleep get up and leave .

Cheap
I booked for standard double room and they said they upgraded mine into a deluxe double room. Which I think was more disappointing than the one I booked and I dont wanted to upgrade, they made me pay extra deposit for that.
The hospitality and kindness shown by Amil he is always obliging and always try his best to accomodate the customer not forgetting couple with patience attentuiveness.
Breakfast served at the premises
The property was close to the sea front a stones throw away, also it was quiet which I liked.
The room had a lot of old broken or uneven cupboards and draws also no view back only.

No lift no fridge
The room was extremely dirty, even the cups at the coffee station were still dirty. I couldn't believe how dirty the room was.
Nothing 😒 no service no staff waiting in the reception 40 min someone to show up so they can check you in 😔 no hygiene at all toilets near the reception are broken smelly dirty 😔 waste of money and time

Unable to get restful sleep,the condition and the state of the hotel the standards has dropped drastically,the toilet and bath uncleaned,unexplicably the lefts where out of other for 3 whole days
Pearls and peanuts are really not bothered what you think about their Hotel as they are almost nearly bankrupt.
I happened to stay there by mistake last week and the first thing that happened was that the bathroom lights did not work. Well so the guy on the reception decided in his finest wisdom he would bring me a table lamp for use in the Bathroom how very dangerous. I'm now awaiting a very large compensation. I'm now in contact with Booking.com all good
The property was merely cleaned and there was lots of dust behind corners
the hotel staff were not welcoming. They were impolite. They also did not return the £25 deposit that was taken from us at the beginning of our stay- nothing was damaged in the hotel room by us.

Local to seafront was great…
The staff NEVER replied even once to messages sent…. Also there was NO Internet service all through my stay of 2 nights.. plus I did message at time of booking to request a WALK IN SHOWER… This was not given, I had to make do with a Bath/ shower….
I feel the room was very OVER PRICED for what it was, considering the hotel did need upgrading and decorating….. the ONLY good point of hotel was location near the seafront. Overall was very dissapointing….
Did not stay the place was dirty it was your responsibility to make sure I was safe and comfortable. The place was dirty very dirty. Also there were junkies. I have to wipe my feet when I left the premises. I forgot to take out insurance to get my money back. The receptionist called me about 9 o’clock asking me if I wanted to stay and I said there’s no way so please check all your facilities before you recommend any hotel because you are responsible for my well-being if you need to contact me my email is Winston [email protected] telephone number (07957) 310328. I’ve stayed in several hotels not in Eastbourne I’ve been around the world travelling and this is my worst experience for that reason I did not stay that night I would like your comments and a refund if possible or another booking where I can upgrade my my hotel thank you for your help Mr Baxter.
