A fantastic base for exploring Milano
Pros:

Based in a grand house next to Castello Sforzesco, the rooms have been refurbished to a high standard. High ceiling, spacious room and modern bathroom with shower all maintained and cleaned to a high standard. The rooms are on the first floor accessed by a quaint old lift from a different era! The staff are unobtrusive but easily contactable and ready to help in any way.

The location is perfect for exploring Milano - directly opposite Castello Sforzesco, less than 5 minutes to the nearest metro and tram stops, 10 minutes to the heart of Brera and a casual 20 minute stroll down Via Dante to the Duomo.

Cons:

Nothing - we had a fantastic few days in Milano. You need a the door code to enter through the large outside door, then into the Guest House and again finally into the room but you very quickly get used to it.

Very happy with our stay
Pros:

Me and my mom stayed for three nights and it was such a nice hotel/ apartment. The staff were so kind and helpful and the apartment was very nice. Very clean and quite modern. Also very nice location close to everything.

Pros:

It was right on a canal with easy access to everything around San Marco Square. The building itself was classic! Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Vanessa greeted us and was extremely helpful and a joy to see every day.

Cons:

I wish we had a view but it really didn’t matter.
