Pros:

The room was fine, entrance was clean and enjoyable.

Cons:

@ bar black bugs, front hallway, coffee station, small black flies. Definitely not a good thing to deal with. For the amount of money you spend they should have a resolution to deal with a problem like that.

It was nice to spend time with my family
Pros:

It was spaciousi didnt enjoy the bed. It was too hard.

Cons:

Should have free bottled water in room upon checking in, should get a free complimary breakfast for 2 if staying more than 2 nights. Also i asked to be put near my family. I was on the 4th floor they were on the 2nd floor. I wasent happy bout that.

Not enough baggage carts
Pros:

The overall experience was good - room was clean and personal was nice. However, I would like to make a suggestion regarding the baggage carts. We had to wait for one hour to have a cart to bring our luggage into our room. The front-desk staff kept on reassuring us that someone was looking for them - but here's a cheap suggestion to help: place a air-tag on them so you can locate them easily! And, for a hotel that size, maybe add a few more carts...?

Nice weekend at the Courtyard
Pros:

Nice weekend at the Courtyard! Love the rooftop for viewing the fireworks! Clean room, comfortable bed, nice view of the lake and enjoyed the restaurant, Charlie's.
