Home away from home.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located; it's within walking distance of Bloom Patisserie and Vincom Plaza. The reception area is a nice place to hang out and enjoy the great river view outside. My room was quite large, clean and comfortable, along with the bathroom. The staff are warm and helpful. The housekeeping team does a great job. I found it really convenient that they offer affordable, same-day laundry service, and they sell soft drinks and water bottles at reception for fair prices. I felt really sad leaving, reminds me of home. I will definitely stay here again if there's an opportunity. Highly recommended.

Cons:

During checkout, the receptionist asked me to wait while he went to inspect the room himself to check whether I had consumed any noodles or bottled water. In many hotels I have stayed at, this is usually handled verbally rather than by asking me to wait for a room check. It would have been more tolerable if I were not in a hurry to get to the airport.

if you want some place quieter than the beach side of Da nang, check out Riverside. Close to mall

I was in their budget room on 2nd floor. No window in the room but it had a bathtub and bidee toilet. AC nice and cold/

Bác bảo vệ rất nice, vui vẻ, hỗ trợ dắt xe rất nhiệt tình

Cons:

-Không dọn vệ sinh phòng dù tôi đã nhắc và đặt lịch với lễ tân.
-Báo dọn phòng thì kêu nhân viên đã về, hẹn mai mới dọn, ngày cuối báo dọn phòng thì kêu chỉ dọn lúc check out, không dọn thêm.
-Báo fill nước uống nhưng cả đêm không ai fill, phải tự đi mua nước bên ngoài vào để uống

Mình đã có một kỳ nghỉ rất thoải mái tại khách sạn. Vị trí khách sạn rất thuận tiện, gần trung tâm nên dễ dàng di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan, quán ăn và khu vui chơi. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, được dọn mỗi ngày và đầy đủ tiện nghi cần thiết. Mình đặc biệt thích view từ phòng, nhất là vào buổi tối nhìn thành phố rất đẹp và thư giãn.

Điều làm mình ấn tượng nhất chính là sự thân thiện và nhiệt tình của nhân viên. Từ lễ tân đến các anh/chị hỗ trợ đều rất dễ thương, luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ khi khách cần. Thủ tục nhận và trả phòng nhanh chóng, tạo cảm giác thoải mái ngay từ lúc check-in.

Không gian khách sạn yên tĩnh, phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng sau một ngày dài đi chơi. Với mức giá hợp lý cùng chất lượng dịch vụ tốt như vậy thì mình thấy rất đáng trải nghiệm. Nếu có dịp quay lại, mình vẫn sẽ chọn khách sạn này và cũng sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè, người thân khi đến du lịch.

Pros:

It was a very pleasant stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Although the sun does make the room hot during the day, there's air conditioning that works perfectly. Most importantly, it's the quietest hotel. The Wi-Fi works pretty well, but sometimes at night the connection drops momentarily (I think due to a reboot or something similar, for 5-15 minutes). Great staff, always ready to answer any questions.
