Pros:

Will definitely choose Hoi An Green Apple Hotel again for my next trip to Hoi An!!!

The hotel offers a beautifully cool and peaceful atmosphere, and the pool was an absolute hit with the kids. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway peaceful and quiet, very close to Old Town and the center.

The receptionists were incredibly friendly, helpful, and deserve a perfect 10/10! On top of that, the rooms were neat and clean, and the breakfast was delicious, we love it! Highly recommended and excellent value for money. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel, great location. The staff is incredible.
Pros:

I now call the manager/owner of the hotel Uncle we got there early. They had the rooms ready early 1 o’clock to be exact. Two hours ahead of check-in time. We wanted scooters they got us scooters immediately had them in 10 minutes with instructions. We bought 42 lanterns and needed to ship them and they figured out it was actually cheaper to put them into luggage and bring them so they helped us get the luggage and pack everything as well! we couldn’t figure out how to get 42 lanterns in the suitcases, but they did! I’m finding it’s amazing here. Vietnam. People are so helpful and so kind. That being said this Hotel, it’s very calm very peaceful very comfortable. The food is delicious and it’s run so well. Oh, they also stored our luggage for us before we left in the next day. Recommend recommended restaurants. Morning glory signature is the best Viet food we’ve ever had and my friends are Vietnamese and they take me to some of the best places and morning glory was literally food. I’ve never had before and I’ve eaten a lot of Vietnamese food.

Cons:

Scooter Parking was a pain in the rear end. OK it’s the only thing I could think of. It’s not really a pain in the rear end but you gotta write something right?

one of the best hotels for the reasonable price.
Pros:

the staff were very friendly and helpful, Duy welcomed us very nicely and gave us tips and recommendations, later he helped us book tickets for the memories show and the coconut boat. also they took care of our laundry and it was super easy to handle.
the location of the hotel is perfect, 10 mins walk from the old town, close enough to enjoy the old town and to enjoy peace at night.
we had very nice breakfast with different variety of vegetables and fruit.

Pros:

The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic; they helped us book tours, showed us places to visit, and recommended good restaurants. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and they provided free bicycles. If we have the chance to visit Hoi An again, we will definitely come back here.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable

Cons:

The receptionist was very unwelcoming and cold. Extremely money minded. There was an issue with the card machine too. None of our cards worked, and we had to pay by cash, though all our cards worked perfectly fine all throughout the rest of the country.
