Hostels and drug dens would be preferable.

None of it is good.

Cons:

Let's be realistic here. There is no need for words. Just check the pictures. Any hotel that serves that to you doesn't care about reviews or fixing the slum rooms or what they cater for you. Just compare room 101 to 103. Room 101 is renovated and the guest paid less. Room 103 cost more per night and is an absolute slum, there are nicer crack dens. It stinks of mould. There is mould and stains everywhere. Shower doesn't warm up and has no pressure. Everything is broken and prehistoric. The walls are paper thin. You can't just hear next door (where the worker sleeps) you can hear the room after it which is room 101 where we had another person staying. So the staff would complain about talking noise. This isn't our problem, sort your ghetto hotel out by one renovating it and two fixing the walls and don't let your staff sleep in and amongst the guests then. There is no sun to the pool due to the huge sun shade covering the stairs and the pool is a postage stamp at best. Some guests had breakfast included and some (2x level 3 genius guests didn't). Wolf of the city as an example close by is much less cost and 10x better.

Var der i 14 dage og fik ikke gjort rent, måtte selv bede om rene håndklæder og toiletpapir.

Awful - room was next to a member of staff and quite dilapidated. Ants were everywhere. NO FRIDGE
Pros:

Location. I was allowed to borrow a pool towel.

Cons:

No fridge in room. I asked if they had a communal fridge. Lady said as a special request they would put them in the kitchen fridge which was not very cold. There was a lack of professionalism within the staff members and on the second day one member of staff ran to the 'boss' when I asked for ice (because nothing was cold) and they said I would have to pay for ice. It was an awful atmosphere. I managed to get my room cleaned just once in 5 days because I was staying by the pool but it was never cleaned again. Breakfast was poor. No juice even though that it provided in other 3 star hotels in a Western Turkish resort. I believe there is a rationing system for eggs..I had breakfast on 3 occasions and only once were we given fresh bread before 8.25 am. It is stated that you can access the pool from 10 am but people are sat having their breakfast at that time. One small bin provided in the shower room. For 4 days's worth of rubbish. Toothbrush holder was cracked and dirty at the bottom. Plants were displayed in tubs around the pool but it was a case of survival of the fittest, some were dead and I never saw anybody watering them. Managemebt held private meetings around the pool despite rubbing shoulders with paying guests who were wanting to relax in the sunny spots. The pool had several lights on its' perimeter. Not one of them ever lit up. The biggest problem by far was no fridge and the lack of customer service.

Emplacement, cadre familial et authentique de l'hôtel, très bon accueil

Cons:

Aucun service de ménage pendant notre séjour de 4 jours. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'autres choix que le thé ou café au petit déjeuner pour les enfants ou adultes qui n'aiment pas ces 2 boissons, le jus de fruit est en extra.

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour au Karyatit Kaleiçi.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons découvert une chambre sans lumière. On nous a expliqué que c’était « normal » car l’électricité ne fonctionnait pas dans cette chambre. Nous avons donc été obligés de nous éclairer uniquement avec la lumière de la salle de bain, ce qui est loin d’être acceptable.

Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises s’il était normal que le ménage ne soit pas effectué : pas de nettoyage de la chambre, pas de changement de serviettes et même pas de nouveau rouleau de papier toilette. À deux reprises, on nous a présenté des excuses en nous assurant que le nécessaire serait fait… mais cela n’a finalement pas été le cas.

De plus, la Wi-Fi fonctionnait très mal, voire pas du tout par moments, ce qui était également très problématique.

Nous tenons toutefois à souligner que le jeune homme présent sur place a été très gentil et accueillant. Malheureusement, à son échelle, il ne pouvait pas faire grand-chose, et nous le comprenons parfaitement.

En revanche, il n’est pas normal de proposer des services d’un niveau aussi bas au regard du prix que nous avons payé.

Nous sommes vraiment déçus de cette expérience et nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

Volvería a alojarme.
Pros:

Muy buen alojamiento. El personal super amable y divertido, se estaba muy agusto, a pesar de la barrera del idioma, como el casa. Muy bien situado, cerca de todo y con todo lo imprescindible a mano. Me volvería a alojar.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos no estaba muy limpio, el lugar donde habían dejado las toallas de ducha estaba bastante sucio y cuando abrí un cajón para guardar mis cosas había tickets de compra, gomas y suciedad, no lo habían limpiado.

Pros:

Det var et roligt sted. Personalet om morgenen var fantastisk , meget søde og venlig.

Cons:

Strøm til køleskabet var en gammel stofledning. Der var repareret, som brændte over med gnister ud af. Køleskabet var beskidt , vinduerne lukker ikke helt til. Chef skælder personalet ud i offentligt rum. Det ikke ok. Meget sød ung fyr , slæber på vores bagage. Måske det skulle være en voksen mand.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Très bon accueil, chaleureux et convivial. Le personnel est disponible, attentionné et vraiment sympathique. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis tout au long de notre séjour.

Cons:

Petit point d’amélioration
Le débit de la douche était parfois un peu faible et, un soir, nous avons eu des difficultés à obtenir de l’eau froide. Cela reste toutefois un détail et, dans l’ensemble, la douche était correcte.

Je recommande vivement
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 50 mètres de la route principale, ce léger retrait offre un calme précieux tout en restant proche de tout. La piscine, propre et bien entretenue, a été un vrai plus pour les enfants après une journée bien remplie.
Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : toujours serviable (j'ai oublié les noms) , ils ont grandement facilité notre séjour. L’équipe du petit-déjeuner, en particulier, était très attentionnée. Le petit dej, copieux sans être excessif, propose l’essentiel pour bien commencer la journée.
Côté praticité, l’hôtel est entouré de cafés et de restaurants accessibles à pied, ce qui évite de perdre du temps en déplacements. Le Mark Mall est à 20 minutes de marche, tandis que la plage de Marmara et l’ancien bazar ne se trouvent qu’à 15 minutes. Une localisation parfaite pour explorer la région sans fatigue.

I am 53 years old. This is the first time I have had such an experience. To book a room and outside the room there are trash cans, 5 meters from the reception, 5 meters from the hotel entrance, 7 meters from the pool, 8 meters from the restaurant. I really leave it to you to think about when I slept with my wife. The worst thing to do for a 7-day vacation.

Pros:

We were able to switch our room (free of charge), to a nicer room, thank you! The owners and workers are all very kind, sweet, and accommodating. Our new room was MUCH nicer than our previous economy room. If we had this room to begin with the ratings would have been all 10/10. Free breakfast was delicious and a good Turkish style breakfast. Beautiful courtyard area with a pool.

Cons:

Do NOT book standard economy room. There were stains and holes on the bed sheets/ blankets. The shower did not have a curtain. And there was mold growing in the shower tub and stains on the ground.
