Bequemes Bett, Nettes Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Le personnel très aimable et très attentif aux besoins des clients hoel,vieillot,chambrepetites et pas assez d équipement, il faut monter un étage avec les bagages avant d arriver à l ascenseur et à la réception, bruit de la route toute la nuit.

Pros:

Das Hotel konnte nur mit Mühe gefunden werden, da die Lichtreklame für das Hotel – der Name Kantor – ausgeschaltet war.
Das Personal war hilfsbereit, obwohl ich so spät kam, da der Weg von der Fähre zum Hotel durch Baustellen praktisch nicht auffindbar war.

The staff was friendly and the cleanliness was passable as well as the breakfast.

The location is one of the dark side of genova. The rooms are heavly ruined with mould.

Kamer heel netjes, personeel heel vriendelijk, lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Een beetje last van de drukke straat, veel ambulance wat er door komt. maar dat hadden we kunnen weten dus dit is niet als slechte kritiek op het hotel bedoeld.
