100% recommended, a place where you can just go and disconnect from the world.
Pros:

I was in Pereira for a wedding, and this was one of the closest hotels to the venue. That's why I booked it. But the hotel is really nice. The facilities are impeccable, and the staff is really, really nice. I felt at home because even the place looked a bit like my home, but it's the hospitality and the warmth that I was welcomed with that really superseded my expectations.

Not applicable because everything was just so perfect.

"Confort, buena ubicación y atención excepcional"

A wonderful and peaceful stay!
Pros:

I spent 5 days here and everything exceeded expectations. The accommodations are spotless and very well maintained. The rooms and beds are extremely comfortable — the mattresses felt brand new.

Breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. I traveled from Canada and felt completely safe the entire time. The location in Cerritos, a peaceful suburb of Pereira, is both beautiful and secure — perfect for visitors looking for a calm retreat.

Special thanks to David and the team for their warm hospitality. The sauna, cold plunge, and pool were excellent additions that made the experience even more relaxing. I truly have nothing negative to say and would highly recommend this place to any tourist visiting the area.

Extremly overpriced and the place is run down
Pros:

Unfortunately the place did not meet our expectations. Overall, the hotel is extremly overpriced for the level of service we received. Not recomended.

Cons:

The hotel does not have restaurant to begin with. On the other hand, it is suppose to be a spa but there is not staff that provide massage services and those need to be booked with at least 24 hours in advance. The place lack of maintenance, does not have restaurant and it is not near to restaurants. It is extremely overpriced if you take into accout what they offer and what other hotels offer.
