For the cost of unit I expected it to be clean

Bathroom shower full of mould. Unit dusty mirrors had fingerprints and dust in bathroom and bedroom the unit smelt like a public toilet block I had to go buy Glen20 to spray entire unit I expected more for the price I paid. Being a housekeeper myself I’m disappointed it wasn’t up to standard I’m amazed the housekeeping supervisor didn’t do a better job and passed this unit off as clean

Great views and location
Pros:

The rooms are good size, have everything you need including full kitchen. Comfortable bed, good size shower, TV, Fridge and cooktop/microwave. The views from 48 level were amazing of course.

Cons:

The service was a bit inconsistent. First we didn't get a face towel, then we didn't get a new feet towel. Also got left heaps of shampoo/shower gel bottles even when we still had previous batch clearly we were not using them, seemed like a bit of waste. But no new laundry detergent when we needed it.
Also the cleaning clothes and sponge were so cheap and not doing a very good job cleaning and removing water from the counter.
Would also appreciate some oil/spices like any other hotel we stayed on the way here from Melbourne.

Lovely. Will visit again.
Pros:

Courteous staff, comfortable room,lovely outlook. A very convenient location with easy access for car. Secure parking on site.

Cons:

Technology a bit bamboozeling at first to operate lifts and choose floors. Got locked in basement by getting out at wrong basement level to get car.
