Some 1 and 2 bedroom suites are equipped with king-zipped beds in each bedroom that can be split into two (twin) single beds. If the single bed configuration is required, your bedding preference will need to be requested at the time of booking or by notifying our Reservations Team at least 2 days before you arrive at the hotel. Studio suites have king beds that do not split. Extra charges will apply if the bedding configuration is changed on the day of arrival, during the check-in process or at any time during your stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

I am very grateful for the staff's friendly service. Although it wasn't right next to the tourist attractions, the location was quiet and perfectly fine for a stay.
The dishwasher's drying function didn't work properly, but it didn't cause any major inconvenience during use.
I asked for towels to be replaced and they were not one day. Second day I asked twice for room to be serviced and it still was not until I called a third time to request.

loved the room and having a bathroom and bedroom each, both with king beds. everything was clean and tidy, and had a great few with adequate sound proofing.
I didnt like that there were no robes or slippers in the room, which stopped us from being able to go down to the pool and spa, as we didnt have anything else appropriate to wear. Also not having an extra blanket in the room was unfortunate, as it meant when we watched a movie, we had to remove one of the bed covers to curl up under on the couch. For spending $400 a night to stay, it would have been nice to have these items included in the room to use.

Some of the one bedroom apartments are smaller than others
Easy to locate and enter from main road. Room was spacious,clean with everything you could need. Pool,spa and sauna did not disappoint after a big day out in the city. View was amazing and glazing blocked out any road noise. Super comfortable beds and pillows, staff were very friendly and prompt with enquiries. Easy walk to train stations to get across harbour for dinner. Reasonable parking rates overnight.
Parking entry and exit ramp is quite tight but fine once in the parking area spaces are roomy.
The full compliment in the suite. The exercise facilities.everything great value for money.
Just the outside access, wobbly footpath etc none of this can be changed so focusing on facilities is the way to go like you are doing.
