Un employer à très mal parler à mon inviter j’ai pas du tous apprécier cela , je suis pas contre qui prend sa pièce d’identité mais ya une façon de demander les chose et d’être agréable , et puis j’ai payer pour deux alors que j’étais seule dans se séjour la chose que j’accepte pas

Pros:

I liked room very much. IT was big, with very Nice bathroom. And IT was clean. They cleaned IT every day, without us telling them to clean. We had a very Nice stay. The location îs very nice

Cons:

The TV. IT wasn't Smart TV, so we couldnt watch Netflix. Cable TV had only turkish programs, for people who don't know turkish its a problem. And SPA.People choose the hotel for the SPA.

What I Didn’t Like About My Stay

1. Room downgrade on arrival: When I first arrived, I was given a Deluxe Room instead of the Suite I had booked. The room was changed to the correct Suite the following day, but this was a disappointing start to the stay.
2. No bellboy assistance: There was no bellboy available to help with our luggage during arrival or departure. We had to carry all our luggage ourselves and load it into the car without any assistance from the hotel staff.
3. Very poor cleanliness: The cleanliness of the hotel was extremely disappointing this time. The toilet seat in our bathroom literally had feces stuck to it when we arrived, which clearly showed that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned before our check-in.
4. Missing Cartier bracelet: Most seriously, my wife’s Cartier bracelet went missing from our room on the last day. It had been placed inside a transparent makeup bag on the table. After the room was cleaned, the bag was still there but the bracelet was gone. This was extremely upsetting and concerning, and I expect the hotel to take such an incident very seriously.
