距離仙台車站很近是很大優點

Cons:

1.業者沒有每天清潔房間，應該是要在訂房時以問卷方式詢問客人是否接受。
2.洗臉盆放在房間內有點無法理解當初設計方式，臉盆在房間內水很容易濺出到外面，加上鋪著地毯水份不容易乾燥，久了就極可能發黴影響衛生。
3.退房時間是10點跟其他業者不同，雖然有公告但是不見得每位旅客都會注意到，建議同第1點問卷方式提醒客人訂房時注意。
