Our stay there was a pleasurable experience that we will not forget. Definitely recommended!!
Pros:

Food was lovely and plenty to choose from. We had originally only paid for bed and breakfast but the breakfast was so good that we upgraded to two evening meals as well. Couldn't fault the service or the food and would definitely recommend this hotel

Cons:

There was no complaints from us at all. Everything was just as you'd expect and more.

Ein tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum, trotzdem war es - wahrscheinlich wegen der Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung in der Hauptstraße - ruhig. Das Reinigungspersonal, das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, es fehlte an nichts. Der Balkon war groß, und die Aussicht über die Skyline von Benidorm war vor allem abends beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Internet war schnell und ohne Unterbrechungen. Ich hatte bei der Buchung um ein ruhigeres Zimmer gebeten, und das habe ich auch bekommen.

Cons:

An 2 Tagen waren 3 Fahrstühle (von 5) defekt, dadurch entstanden manchmal etwas längere Wartezeiten. Aber das Problem wurde behoben, danach lief alles wieder flott.

Auf der Booking.Com seite steht, dass es gegen einen Aufpreis einen Safe im Zimmer gibt. Diese Info stimmt nicht, ich habe dafür nicht zusätzlich zahlen müssen
