A very good hotel with friendly accommodating staff.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome - all staff being very friendly and efficient.

Very stress free,pleasant over night stay
Pros:

The room was massive compared to what I was expecting, the bed was fantastic size ,didn't need our travel cot.breakfast was lovely and staff so friendly.

Disappointing
Pros:

Good size room. Comfortable bed. Basic facilities.
Easy check in and a good amount of parking.

Cons:

Evening meal. We ordered garlic chicken kebab. The chicken was dry and the sauted potatoes were greasy. I had the barns burger with chips and salad. The chips were lovely but the burger was dry and tasteless. Very disappointed. The highlight was the jam sponge and custard.
Breakfast options were good. Choices of cereal and fruit. With yoghurts and pastries. The hot full English was so disappointing. The bacon wasnt cooked and although the sausage was it wasnt coloured, the hash brown had been fried and was dripping in fat,,,inedible.
Unfortunately we have stays several times but not again.

Good quick service. Food hot

Cons:

Choices for continental poor i.e. no fruit salad or compote, only entire apples, oranges etc. Pastries were pre packed

Good location for work
Pros:

Location was good with a decent size room.

Cons:

The room had a fan but i could not use as it was full of dust. due to the weather i had the window open and there was lots of noise from the kitchen opposite - music, staff.
I ordered poached eggs on toast for breakfast, the bread was hardly warm and not toasted, poached eggs were not drained adequately and i had to soak up the water on the plate with the serviette, they were also hard.

Good hotel in a great location for visiting the area
Pros:

In a great location for our visit to Chase Forest.
Clean and comfortable room. Good helpful staff.
Nice outside seating area.

Cons:

Breakfast was good and plentiful, but would have liked option for fried egg rather than the standard offering of scrambled eggs.
