Room price was appropriate and location was very convenient, near my chosen auto dealership.
Pros:

I loved the corner room on the first floor, and the vaulted ceilings were a new take on those in other hotels I have stayed at. The receptionist at the counter was very helpful, allowing me to check in well before the check-in time without an extra charge. I was having a vehicle serviced at a nearby dealership and was basically stuck with not much to do. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The outdoor fireplace would have been great, but Denver was in the middle of a rare snowstorm during the 2025-2026 season.

Cons:

It is very disappointing that Courtyard did not offer a free breakfast. It is getting frustrating that so many are starting to charge for everything. There was no free coffee available in the lobby in the morning. I thought the bar prices were a bit excessive, about 7.00 for a domestic beer. A hotel is not a sporting or music venue.

Grateful for your nice facility!
Pros:

Location was perfect - visiting family in Highlands Ranch. Bed/ bedding, desk option, lots of hangers, refrigerator. Really enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

We would have liked liquid hand soap —as the bars are messy. The crowd/ party in the lobby area -got a bit loud for us and went on long after 10:00.

Great option on a work trip
Pros:

Loved having the restaurant on site so I didn't have to travel more after travelling all day. Having it to-go was a great option. Extremely kind and accommodating front desk staff.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay everyone was super friendly. Had a bite from the bar when we arrived and there was a ton of food and it was delicious.

The room was spacious and clean. Gym was clean. Enjoy the grab and go Starbucks machine. Free hot water to make my tea.

I’d definitely recommend a stay here and will be back.

Maybe it was a bad night
Pros:

The place seemed new and clean. And the air worked. i also was welcomed when i arrived so it started well. However there was a case of domestic violence that went on for hours. I called the front desk, and i called the police. Does this happen often?

I would not chose
Pros:

It was awful. Our flight was canceled and the airlines gave us 3 choices. Wrong choice. Our room was disgusting. Another member from our flight grabbed bugs. When we arrived a family was stuck in the elevator, and they had to wait for the shuttle driver to get here to get them out.

Very Surprised no coffee in lobby or breakfast. It seems to be the norm in medium priced hotels so it should have been highlighted NO COFFEE or BREAKFAST.
