Margaritaville Vacation Club - St. Thomas

This was our 3rd time coming here over the last five years. Check in was easy and we initially were in building 10 but later moved to building 14. They offer good cart shuttles to the buildings but can take awhile depending on day/time. If not there are 150 stairs to climb to get you to the upper pool.

Room was fine and nice and cold. As week progresses a one time change of
Sheets would be nice as sand gets everywhere. Resort is certainly aging but they try their best to address any issues. You are issued wristbands to enter the room, but unfortunately you can’t charge to the room.

We only ate at cafe at resort and went to Red Hook, a short cab ride for dinners. Taxis are always waiting at lobby area so no worries there. There are a lot of chickens and feral cats
On the property. The chickens are pushy to go towards your food.

Clientele of guests sadly isn't the greatest and there really is no supervision at the pools, besides the parents (if they are paying attention). Enjoy happy hour (2 for 1’s) between 4 and 6 pm. They have a schedule of entertainment as well.

This will be our last time at this resort and there are rumors Wyndham is dropping this site at end of the year.

Scenery is nice here.

My husband and I came to this resort to celebrate our honeymoon. After booking with Airbnb, I was worried to come here to due to the surplus of negative reviews once I looked on TripAdvisor. We had a pleasant time here and thought that the negative reviews were a bit over exaggerated. With that being said, there are most surely rooms for improvement. My husband and I walked to wherever we needed and noticed the same trash on paths and close to paths all ten days of our stay. Rooms were fine but the linens on our bed had holes in them. As for the sargassum, we saw crews and crews of workers working tirelessly to remove the seaweed, and I do believe that helped significantly with the smell. The one thing we were certainly impressed with was the beautiful plants here. Certainly wasn’t the worst experience, but would probably not stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Margaritaville St. Thomas. The rooms were spacious and the grounds were breathtaking. The cart service across the resort was fast and efficient.
The star of the show, however, was the service. I want to intentionally acknowledge the following staff members who paid attention to every detail and always greeted us with a smile while assisting with our every need: Dee (Greeter), Amora (Concierge), Xena (Guest Services), Johnny (Greeter), Zinworth (Grounds Keeper/Driver), and Niel (Bellman)!
Kudos to them all for being amazing!!!

I liked the welcome and check in process. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bellmen were very helpful as well and made good restaurant recommendations. The staff were all respectful.

I recently stayed at Margaritaville St. Thomas in July, and it was an amazing experience! The property is beautiful, with stunning ocean views and a relaxing island atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway.

The accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. I would especially like to recognize Curtis Griffin, Evening Manager, whose exceptional hospitality and professionalism made my stay even more memorable. Curtis went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience, and his warm, positive attitude and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out.

I also enjoyed spending time by the pool, taking in the breathtaking scenery, and embracing the laid-back vibe that Margaritaville is known for. The location was convenient for exploring St. Thomas, and the resort offered everything I needed for a relaxing vacation.

Thank you to Curtis Griffin and the entire Margaritaville St. Thomas team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing Caribbean getaway, and I look forward to returning again soon!

Perfect is you liked sea weed covering the entire beach.

This location really surprised me because it was right on the water island breeze mountains. The atmosphere was friendly and festive. I spent most of mytime at the infinity pool my room was in building 14, which was really close to the pool. I like that. I enjoyed it that they had golf cart service so thatyou don’t have to be walking in the hot heat. The bar had delicious food and drinks at all times even the pool had food that was being served on the premises things like they’re famous burgers which were delicious and the drinks were nice and fresh. I appreciated the island breeze although the beach had most of the there it didn’t bother me because you could always take the shuttle to another beach. However, the breeze from the beach is what really makes Margaritaville a great stay. You’re never gonna be overheated because it stays nice and cool with the island breeze on the water. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. This is definitely a great hotel to stay with family or friends or even solo. There was a lot of band where you can have fun and dance. I really had Happy birthday.

We are coming back again and we will be staying here. Lovely clean rooms. Everyone was so friendly and very accommodating. Just a great trip Don’t forget to take the seas of the day snorkeling with the turtles. So beautiful and fun. Ask for Captain Wallens. He’s great. Enjoy your trip

LOVE the room plus mini kitchen which is complete with toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher , coffee pot, plastic pitcher, margarita glasses, cups, plates, knives, cutting board , and Margaritaville high-end blender . They were thoughtful by including laundry detergent, paper towels,, dishwasher detergent and towels , plus condiments like sugar, coffee, salt/pepper. The views from the balcony are spectacular. It is a bit noisy with the golf carts backing up, the roosters crowing , and some construction working nearby. Coki Beach is walking distance They do have a shuttle, but once you figure out how to walk there it's super easy. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

For starters i need to give a huge shoutout to the staff!!! When i say everyone was welcoming and friendly, i mean it! These people made my stay a breeze! Kyisha, Nicky, Chantel, and Iyanna literally went above and beyond with over the top customer service! & Eric was also a pleasure, he was driving the golf carts & also went above and beyond for me during my stay! Each and every last person mentioned deserves a raise!!! The atmosphere was always calm being that it’s right off the beach. They made my stay smooth & unforgettable. The room was nice and big & spotless! Very Clean. The view from my room was amazing you could see the beach from my door. I liked that a lot. The outdoor main pool was beautiful not too packed while i was there. They also did trivia there and a lot of different things. That definitely made my stay much more fun!!! The price of the stay was not bad at all! Decent for 6 nights 7 days. I recommend Margaritaville if you’re looking for great customer service and a lot of daily activities. A great view from the room and great food and drinks at Margaritaville restaurant. & when you go ask for the people the mentioned because they will make your stay a breeze!!

Rooms were nice and balcony was beautiful

Get a car and explore! The room was nice and the employees are amazing. Neil and Schneider were standouts! No housekeeping unless you ask for it but wasn’t a problem for us. The climb up the mountain to our room was the worst but lots of golf carts to help.

Struttura molto ampia e bella, tipico resort ai Tropici, personale gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare. Ristorante ottimo e relativamente economico.

Only one restaurant with long wait and bad service. We were an older group and there were 88 steps to get to room. 28 steps in suite to go upstairs to go to bedroom or bathroom and go back down. No room service. Parking lot floods. Maid came in day before we left and threw out a lot of our stuff like we were gone. Which included alcohol, groceries, coffee filters, drinks, important papers, etc. We reported but were not compensated for.
