Hotel ligt prima gelegen om de stad te verkennen

De kamer was niet echt heel schoon
El hotel en general tiene mucho encanto, es muy singular y original, a nosotras nos ha encantado. Nos toco una habitación con un techo espectacular de principios del siglo XX que contrastaba de manera armoniosa con del mobiliario de la habitación que era más moderno. Muy cuidado, muy limpio. El personal muy amable y respetuoso. El desayuno muy variado, estilo buffet. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos metros tienes un montón de bares realmente locales, incluido uno que se llama Casa Expresso, si sigues bajando por esas calles ya llegas a las zonas mucho más turísticas. Llegamos en coche y el último día nos dejaron dejar unas horas más el coche en el parking para ir a pasear. Todo genial de verdad, mil veces mejor que ir a un AirBnb.
Nos gustó todo. Cuando volvamos, ya sabemos dónde nos vamos a quedar!

La cama muy cómoda (aunque vibraba en ocasiones con el movimiento exterior), la habitación y el baño muy amplios. La limpieza del baño. Las sábanas olían genial.

A localização do hotel foi bastante conveniente, era possível fazer vários passeios à pé, como a Livraria Lello. As instalações do hotel, embora antigo, eram bem conservadas e de bom gosto. A cama era muito confortável, o banho também muito bom. O café da manhã era razoável.
Miłu hotel w pięknym starym domu, z przyzwoitym śniadaniem. Pokoje kategorii Grand Deluxe są dwa: nr 35 - jest kwadratowy i chyba najpiękniejszy, zaś 36 ma fajny duży taras z widokiem na ogród.

Localización
El trato que recibimos fue excepcional: fueron muy amables y atentos. El edificio es muy bonito y auténtico.
La conexión wifi en la habitación era pésima y muy lenta. El tirador de la puerta del baño estaba roto.
Obsługa w hotelu była przemiła i bardzo pomocna, pokój był czysty, jednak wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia. Cały budynek to klimatyczna stara rezydencja. Obiekt położony w dobrej lokalizacji blisko dwóch stacji metra.
W pokoju niestety nie było lodówki.
What I liked:
- The staff. Check-in and check-out was very easy and fast. They were friendly.
- The terrace with my room. Wow what a view! It's very relaxing to sit or lay here. However keep in my mind, it gets very hot in summer and no shade.
- The hotel looks very charming.
- The bed was clean and firm.
- My room at the back of the hotel was very quiet. Also thanks to my neighbours. But absolutely no noise from outside. I slept great!
- Airconditioning worked fine. Didn't make a lot of noise.
- Supermarket 2 min walk from the hotel.
- Metro 8 min walk.
- Felt safe.
What I didn't like:
- The bathroom and overall cleaning. I know it's a 2 star hotel but the cleaning and maintenance could be better! Although my room got cleaned everyday (sink, toilet, bed, trashcan) and they refreshed new towels, there was dust, stains on walls and doors, hairs that didn't belong to me, mold in the bathroom. Deep clean the room!
- The location. I wished it was a little bit more near the centre. It's a 20 min walk to the heart of the city. When it's hot and those hills....it can be a lot. However a hotel near the city centre would probably cost more.

A única coisa a apontar, foi o barulho de uma bomba, penso que uma bomba de água, que esteve a trabalhar toda a noite.
Acabou por prejudicar um pouco o sono. Somente isso. De resto, tudo óptimo
