Acho que as fotos parecem melhores do que o hotel é. A carpete no chão n estava em boas condições.
Staff gentilissimo, molto bella e pulita la struttura. Ottima la posizione, principali attrattive del centro raggiungibili in 10-15 minuti a piedi (in discesa) e linee della metro vicine compresa una che consente di accedere a più linee e di arrivare all’aeroporto in 40 minuti.

The fact they have secured parking was very good, dog friendly and there is a dog park across the street.
The room smelled bad like sewer the entire stay, the bathroom walls were dirty and the soap dispenser in the shower was broken. There was a mature gentleman working reception on Wednesday morning who was very rude and not very helpful. This hotel does not offer a breakfast option if it wasn’t pre-ordered with the original booking, they really need to be more attentive to added value services.
La ubicación buena aunque Oporto es una ciudad en la cual hay mucha cuesta y hay que caminar mucho.
El sofá cama de las niñas muy incómodo por el colchón. No obstante la habitación tenía una terraza maravillosa y era muy amplia.
Me gustó el encantó del edificio. La cama era cómoda. Nuestra estancia fue sin desayuno por lo que no puedo calificar el desayuno. La habitación amplia y bonita, pero tenía algún que otro detalle de limpieza como la botella de agua que dejan de cortesía tenia manchas en la parte del tapón y por donde se bebe. Tampoco nos gustó el sistema en que se cierran las puertas de la habitación, entiendo que sea así por la antigüedad del edificio.
Por el resto todo muy bien. Tienen parking privado de pago, nos costó 13 euros la noche.
El personal muy amable y atento. La recepcionista me ha dado muchas dicas de Oporto .

El hotel en general tiene mucho encanto, es muy singular y original, a nosotras nos ha encantado. Nos toco una habitación con un techo espectacular de principios del siglo XX que contrastaba de manera armoniosa con del mobiliario de la habitación que era más moderno. Muy cuidado, muy limpio. El personal muy amable y respetuoso. El desayuno muy variado, estilo buffet. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos metros tienes un montón de bares realmente locales, incluido uno que se llama Casa Expresso, si sigues bajando por esas calles ya llegas a las zonas mucho más turísticas. Llegamos en coche y el último día nos dejaron dejar unas horas más el coche en el parking para ir a pasear. Todo genial de verdad, mil veces mejor que ir a un AirBnb.
Nos gustó todo. Cuando volvamos, ya sabemos dónde nos vamos a quedar!
