A piscina aquecida foi muito agradável e a localização envolta na natureza foi relaxante.
Para 4 estrelas o hotel deixa a desejar. O staff foi competente mas não com a simpatia que seria de esperar de um hotel de 4 estrelas. Os quartos e algumas partes dos corredores estão claramente sujos e desleixados e com falta de manutenção. A casa de banho tinha vários pontos de humidade e secções completamente pretas. Parece que construiram o hotel e depois deixaram ficar sem perceber que um hotel destes precisa de manutenção constante.
A comida do restaurante foi média mas mais uma vez sem estar ao nível de um hotel de 4 estrelas. A menina que serviu o vinho nem sabia explicar as castas ou a sua origem. Claramente staff não preparado para oferecer uma experiencia de excelencia.

Buffet breakfast was good and the area was great for touring motorcycles, the roads in this area are quiet and in great condition.
This is a slight moan but it would have been nice to have covered secure parking for our motorbikes rather than under the trees, the plywood lined walls were unusual and look more like your entering a building site.

Podia ter mais investimento. Penso que um hotel desta dimensão, hoje em dia, devia ter um posto de carregamento de carros eléctricos. O mais próximo (e único) fica em Foz Côa. O hotel e a piscina estão a precisar de algumas obras de manutenção.

Local tranquilo, com piscina exterior aquecida. Varanda confortável e quarto espaçoso com ótimas condições. Bom jantar no restaurante, com serviço rápido, mesmo tendo chegado perto da hora de encerrar.
Pequeno almoço poderia ser um pouco mais completo. Colchão confortável, mas fazia bastante barulho à mínima mudança de posição, o que prejudicou o sono.
The bungalows are quite reasonable in size and had a nice practical bathroom . The heated pool was very nice. The restaurant was nice and kid friendly and the restaurant staff was nice!
The quality of things in the room was poor and the A/C was on the floor. The bungalows are not small but much smaller than it looks in the picture. The staff from the restaurant and breakfast were nice but apart from that in general the staff was not very helpful and completely not clear about some things (for example they are remodeling and we went to the old restaurant following the markings on the hotel only to realize later that the restaurant was in the opposite side of the hotel, which is still quite a walk specially with kids). The nature part is also completely underwhelming and the views are actually not as nice as in the picture. In general I had a pleasant experience but I think for the same money you can get something much nicer!
