Nog nooit zo een hotel meegemaakt
Pros:

De kamer was ruim

Cons:

Eenmaal aangekomen verschoten we enorm.

Comfortable apart from the lack of ventilation.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Windows couldn't open properly due to secondary double glazing, so I had to have a fan going 24/7 which only just made the room bearable.

Pros:

Good location, short walk into town. Although the hotel was dated, small rooms etc it was good value for the money we paid.

Cons:

Rooms small, in need of decoration.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Cons:

The mattress in the hotel room was the single worst mattress I have ever slept on in my entire life. Springs/coils sticking out at all angles. The most uncomfortable night's sleep ever! We were booked in for two nights and had to check out after the first (would've checked out on the night itself but reception closed at 10). Reading reviews this seems to be a common complaint so I cannot fathom why they haven't replaced them.

Towels were dirty, bathroom was tiny. Whole place felt rundown and unclean. Very noisy because of the main road outside, and the curtain didn't cover the full window so the room was far too bright. Breakfast was more expensive than their website claims, and a random bucket of wet rags was left under one of the tables. Parking on the private car park was £6 a night (why?) - they would not even refund this for the unused second night.
