Pros:

Friendly staff. Good location and cost

Cons:

Room had a hole in ceiling that didn't look good. And small bathroom/shower. But, we did book small economy room so was expected. Was still good value for money.

It was okay, probably wouldn’t return as you can get more for your money elsewhere with much better service
Pros:

It was okay, beds were comfortable and the mirror was handy in the bathroom as it had a light built in.

Cons:

The TV had no working WiFi so we couldn’t use any of the apps that were on the TV. The cleanliness could’ve been better there were a couple stains on the bedding, the curtains and in the bathroom. There was also only 1 plug socket available so charging phones and laptops was an absolute nightmare having to swap and change them all the time. Also as it’s right next to a main road it was very very loud as if the windows were made of plastic.

Pros:

Fine
Pros:

A basic, functional hotel that is good for the price paid. Friendly staff, convenient parking (for an extra fee).

Cons:

Very noisy location right next to a super busy junction. Noise continues throughout the night.

Very budget hotel at the wrong pricing level
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, Staff are reasonably friendly.

Cons:

The windows don’t open or close
The curtains don’t close fully meaning the sun came through at 4:30am
The bed is awful, mattress is like sleeping on a cheese grater can feel every metal spring in it. The bed is also slanted so your head ends up lower than your feet.
Standard room is incredibly small, no room to get down either side of the bed, not where to store bags, clothes etc other than on the floor
Bathroom is really small, a bit grubby and could do with better ventilation or fan as get really warm and sweaty AFTER a shower. Toilet is in a poor position that could prove hard to get to. Shower door leaks and created a swimming pool after each shower. No handle on the inside of the bathroom door.
Although you can’t really help the weather, the room was incredibly hot, No air con and no fan (either in the room or offered at check in ). Had to result in having the door to the room open for 20 minutes at a time to cool the room down a little.
Paid for car parking for both nights we stayed, however on the 2nd night when we returned from a family birthday meal at 10:15pm there was no spaces available anywhere in the car park, so had to pay to park again in a public carpark about a 15 minute walk away. No one available at the hotel at this time to ask about car parking or a refund, and only a cleaner on one of the floors available when we were checking out.
Room could do with a make over as looking tired and old and the pictures on the website and on here are nothing like the room/hotel looks.
