Staff is very friendly and helpful they are always there to help. The breakfast is superb, I wish they would have turkey bacon or sausage for those of us that don't eat pork. Most hotels have that. They are very clean which is important when you travel.
The location in downtown Boca is great; it used to be nicer when the little patio tapas place down the street was open, but they closed it to make way for another hotel.

This was a very enjoyable stay. A mini vacation that was very much needed. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the entire stay.

irst, I want to be clear that my concerns are not with the hotel staff. Throughout my stay, the front desk personnel, housekeeping staff, and hotel employees were professional, courteous, helpful, and welcoming. My complaint is directed solely at the valet parking operation that services the hotel entrance.
This was not my first stay at this property. Unfortunately, every visit has involved negative interactions with the valet personnel, but this most recent experience crossed the line from poor customer service into a serious safety concern.
After driving approximately three hours from Orlando with my wife and young daughter, I arrived at the hotel exhausted and needing to unload luggage and safely assist my family out of the vehicle. Upon arrival, multiple valet attendants aggressively directed me where to park using rude gestures and an unnecessarily confrontational tone. Rather than assisting arriving guests, they created a stressful and hostile environment before we even entered the hotel.
The most alarming issue occurred while my wife, daughter, and I were unloading our belongings. Valet personnel continued moving and operating vehicles in extremely close proximity to my family without ensuring that all passengers, particularly my young child, were safely clear of the area. Their actions created a situation where my daughter could have been struck by a moving vehicle.
As a parent, this was completely unacceptable.
A valet operation's primary responsibility should be guest safety. Instead, the behavior I observed demonstrated a lack of situational awareness, poor judgment, and disregard for the safety of guests and their children.
Ironically, I noticed a significant difference in how customers were treated at the adjacent restaurant valet area, where attendants appeared friendly and welcoming. In contrast, the valet personnel servicing the hotel entrance consistently appeared irritated, impatient, and dismissive toward hotel guests.
The result is that the valet operation damages the guest experience before guests even enter the hotel lobby. In my case, I was so frustrated by the interaction that I seriously considered canceling my stay.
I strongly urge Hyatt management to review the conduct, training, supervision, and safety procedures of the valet operation serving this property. Regardless of whether the valet company is operated independently or by a third party, it is operating on hotel property and directly impacts guest safety and Hyatt's reputation.
My primary concern is not poor customer service. My concern is that the current operating practices create unnecessary safety risks for guests and children.
I request that Hyatt investigate this incident, review any available security footage from the arrival area, evaluate the valet company's safety procedures, and take corrective action before a guest or child is injured.

Bathroom and beds were clean and the employees very pleasant. Parking was easy access. The restaurant Louie Bossi in the first floor was excellent. Location was excellent.
The furniture in pool area and breakfast dining areas dirty. The key fob cap kept falling and the door kept staying stuck in room 706.
