Amazing thank you very much
Pros:

Easy access to the car park

The size of the room. Easy to work in.

Pros:

Close to shops, good food and easy transport.

Cons:

Linen was not always replaced, no kitchen tea towel. Massive digital sign on all night above the Miniso shop on other side of Concourse. Annoying and totally wasteful. I have written a complaint to the shop managers and local council. Perhaps you could to. It should be switched off when shop is closed. Australia is different from China.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and the room and facilities were lovely. We’ll be back.
Pros:

The location and having 24 hour staffing.

Cons:

Having to get the car registered with the reception desk every time you leave the car park was a bit inconvenient.

Fantastic accommodation in Chatswood!!
Pros:

Proximity to shops, public transport and restaurants. Very friendly and accommodating staff

Cons:

The washer dryer machine can only take a few pieces of laundry at a time to dry. Anymore and it will not dry sufficiently.

Great stay
Pros:

Good location, apartment is spacious, well equipped. Bed is large and comfortable. Shower works well. Free barrista coffee is a big plus.

Cons:

I wish they allow apps such as youtube on tv. Dishwasher is quite noisy.
