Nhân viên lễ tân không niềm nở như các ks khác. Phòng dưới nền bị rít kiểu lau dọn k sạch tóc dính nhiều. Nhân viên nhà hàng khi khách lấy đồ ăn nhìn kiểu khó chịu.
Breakfast was very simple probably the worst breakfast I had seen,my bathroom blind had mould which could easy be fixed by replacing. The carpet in the elevator were worn and a trip hazard.

Super hôtel proche de la plage. Nous avions 2 chambres dont une avec vue panoramique sur la plage. Piscine sur le toit convenable.
Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet.
Lits moelleux, les enfants disaient dormir sur des chamallow.
location was close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants around
booking shows is a 4* hotel yet it’s 2*. the pictures on booking are very nice compared to what you will find. Right off the bat the reception looks worse than the picture on booking. The rooms have a very particular moldy smell and the windows do not close all the way. At first I thought it was just the room we got and since the window did not close all the way and there was a lot of noise from outside we asked for a diferent room. 2nd room was the same, windows did not close, smell was even worse, especially in the bathroom. Zoom in on the photos I posted and you will see the paint is coming off the ceiling. On top of this, staff does not speak any english is very hard to communicate. Room cleaning services are slow and only happened after we asked at the reception even though we put the sign on the door to clean the room. Pool on top floor is dirty and small.

Hans köttfärssås som man fick vissa dagar var gudomlig. Vi frågade om han kunde lägga undan lite till sista dagen... han kom dagen efter med ett leende, omelett och köttfärssås.
