Rund um wohlfühlen und entspannen!
Pros:

Die Einrichtung der Suite war wunderschön. Zum ersten Mal habe ich mein eigenes Kopfkissen nicht vermisst. Es herrscht eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel, egal ob am eigenen privaten Pool oder dem gemeinsamen Pool.
Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und nett und kümmert sich um alle Wünsche. Es wurde uns so leicht gemacht, egal ob wir ein Auto mieten wollten, uns ausgesperrt hatten oder sonstige Extras wünschten. Alles ging schnell und super unkompliziert.
Das Essen im Hotel selbst war auch super! Besonders zu empfehlen ist das „Cretan Dinner“! Bei schöner Atmosphäre gibt es leckeres, echtes griechisches Essen!

Cons:

Die Punkte, die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben, haben nichts direkt mit der Unterkunft zu tun, man sollte sich aber vorher Gedanken darum machen:
Das Hotel ist nicht weit entfernt von Heraklion (was auch Vorteile hat bzgl. Des Transfers), dadurch hört man natürlich ständig Flugzeuge fliegen, was vielleicht den ein oder anderen stören könnte.
Sämtliche Restaurants, Bars etc. In der näheren Umgebung sind stark touristisch geprägt, sodass wir authentische griechische Küche sehr vermisst haben. Auch der Strand direkt vor Ort ist nicht sehr schön, es lohnt sich also auf jeden Fall für den gesamten Aufenthalt einen Mietwagen zu nehmen.

Super Hotel mit extrem freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Es sah genau so aus wie auf den Fotos.

Cons:

An der Unterkunft fahren häufig Reisebusse vorbei welche etwas lauter sein könnten. Würden wir aber nicht als extrem störend sehen, wenn man keine komplette Ruhe braucht ist es voll in Ordnung

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit außergewöhnlich herzlichem Service – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederz
Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und auf unsere Wünsche wurde immer eingegangen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch, dass wir aufgrund unseres frühen Fluges früher einchecken durften und uns sogar extra ein Sonnenschirm gebracht wurde. Auch die Organisation des Transfers hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.“

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts, was uns wirklich nicht gefallen hat. Als kleine Verbesserung wäre lediglich ein Duschabzieher im Badezimmer praktisch gewesen, damit man das Wasser nach dem Duschen selbst schnell entfernen kann.“

Pros:

Great location, small walk to the beach front and restaurants. Staff were amazing and the pool with the most comfortable sun beds in the world was lovely

Perfect spot for relaxing a few days, thanks for the staff for making it great.
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location, few minutes walk from the restaurants and the port.
The whole staff was extremely professional and excellent.
Breakfast was really tasty, with a beautiful view to the sea.
I would definitely come back again.

Cadre superbe. Hôtel complètement neuf, personnel très accueillant même en arrivant tard.

Cons:

Le seul défaut que je donnerai à l’hôtel serait l’attente au petit déjeuner si nous sommes presser.

Fantastic stay on Crete Island
Pros:

Awesome gem of a hotel near Heraklion, in close distance to the airport. This is perfect if you do not want to drive a lot. The new suites are amazing, and Mary and her team provide fantastic hospitality.

Camera in affaccio diretto sulla strada, rumorosa (si sentono macchine motorini aerei passare di continuo), certamente più piccola di 30 m2, sporca, non profumata, infissi e porta in materiale plastico con insonorizzazione insufficiente. Questa è la “suite standard”, ben diversa dalle attese (vedi foto)

Heerlijk verblijf
Pros:

Wat een fijne plek! De nieuwe kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht.
Het zwembad is ideaal met kinderen, omdat deze langzaam afloop van ondiep naar dieper.
Genoeg bedden rond het zwembad, en onze ze niet vast staan genoeg mogelijk om in de schaduw te liggen.
Accommodatie is goed, maar het personeel overtreft de verwachtingen. Heel bekwaam, attend en super lief voor kinderen!
Het eten is goed en lekker. Ruime porties.
Strand en een aantal restaurantjes op loopafstand.
