Great stay, lovely staff.
Pros:

Good breakfast, clean rooms. We loved the small private pool and the decor in the rooms was also nice.

Cons:

The bathroom area is not very “private” :D it would have also been nice to have a little more hanging space in the room for towels etc.

I had an amazing time here, I’d go back again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The room was exactly as per the photos and was ideal for my working holiday. The hotel in general was very clean. The food was also very very good. I also managed to leave my purse behind and they very kindly called me to let me know and will post it back 🙏

Awesome Relaxing and Chilled Vibe stay
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, great selection, beautifully prepared and delivered. Comfoprt of the suites wa excellent, clean, comfy. Staff were awesome, attentive and had a great knowledge of ther area. This is not a large resort or hotel, and number of nicely designed appartment / suites that were in blocks of 4, with a central reception, breakfast dining area. Whilst there is a restaurant, it is not open in the veneing, but until late afternoon. There are however, plenty of breat local restaurants withing walking or Taxi distance. The rooms have local kowledge folder with local restaurant, and places to visit advice. We tried some walking distance restaurants as well as those a little further taxi or car. All very good. Whilst there isn;t a bar on site, there is a bar service, the recepion staff make soft drinks hot and cold beverages, as well as a selection of alcoholic drinks. Whilst I do enjoy the social atmosphere of a bar, with a number of local ones within walking distance, it didn't take me long to find a favourite that we frequented whilst we were at the Elea. KonDim.Ar, a very friendly and welcoming cocktail bar literally 10 mins walk down the road, that also had some good quality TV screen for the world cup footie was my bar of choice. So a beatifully relaxing and chilled vibe for our 10 days or so at the Elea Concept Hotel and Suites, with excellebt service and comfort. We also had an additional couple of days in Heraklion at the start of our trip, also highly recommended.

Cons:

Perhaps a proper bar, but I didn't find this to be an issue, bar service on site was sufficient.

המקום עצמו פשוט מושלם לזוגות. חדר גדול ומהמם , המיטה הכי נוחה שישנתי עליה. בריכה מבריקהההה . א. בוקר מהממת. הצוות משפחתי ונעים ועוזר בכל מה שמבקשים.

A hotel that cares
Pros:

The loveliest hotel - would 100% return! Everyone was so friendly, which made such a difference to our stay.
Everything from the room to the facilities to the pool are was amazing. Couldn’t recommend more!

Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, proche de la plage et de très bons restaurants. La nourriture était excellente et généreuse en quantité. Les chambres ainsi que les espaces communs sont très propres.

Cons:

Le vis-à-vis des suites avec piscine privée n’est pas vraiment agréable. Nous nous sentions assez souvent observés, et le fait que les caméras de surveillance sur notre terrasse n’aient pas été mentionnées nous a semblé regrettable. Par ailleurs, il est dommage que le restaurant de l’hôtel soit fermé le soir, car nous n’avions pas la possibilité d’y dîner.

Beautifully maintained and great staff.
Pros:

Modern and very well kept. The staff were exceptional.

Cons:

When booking our room we chose the option of a balcony, we however ended up the a small first floor patio, shared with the room next door. There was also only two chairs to the one table. Not enough for two rooms.
