鄰近車站，旁邊也很多吃的和酒吧，算滿方便，且有24小時櫃檯有人，惟價位真的太貴。

交通便捷，鄰近火車站。
附近吃的很多，也有酒吧，適合夜生活。

Cons:

雖然能明白假日的住房價位偏高，但在新竹玩真的不適合住宿。
