Sehr dreckig bei guter Lage
Pros:

Nahe am Hauptbahnhof und in die Stadt, kostenlose Waschmaschine

Cons:

Zimmer war dreckig, überall Staub
Bei der kostenlosen Waschmaschine und dem Trockner war alles verdreckt, Haare und Staub,
Mikrowelle war ekelerregend dreckig

Soggiorno perfetto e in una posizione ottima
Pros:

La camera era grandissima e anche il bagno. Potevi entrare a qualsiasi orario del giorno e della notte senza nessun problema. Al mio arrivo ho incontrato il barista del locale che si trova all’ingresso e mi ha aiutato con il mio bagaglio in quanto non c’è l’ascensore ed è possibile accedere alle camere solo da delle scale.
La struttura mette a disposizione tanti servizi, dalla lavanderia gratuita, dispenser per l’acqua e microonde e c’è la possibilità anche di prendere un pigiama per il soggiorno. Davvero eccezionale!

Cons:

La mancanza dell’ascensore.

とても良かった
Pros:

京都市中心部としてはかなり静か。連泊したが、期間中にスタッフさんがお部屋に入ってこない（清掃なし）なので、逆に時間の自由度が高くなったことが良かった。

Cons:

エレベーターがないので大きな荷物の方はちょっときついかも。

Pros:

Tres bien placé et lits confortables

Cons:

Chaleur extreme dans la chambre a priori à cause du mini frigo que nous n'arrivions pas a debrancher. Obligé de dormir fenetre ouverte et clim mais la rue peut etre passante. Pas de personnel pour signaler le probleme.

Pros:

Le personnel serviable pour garder les bagages, la présence d'oreiller à mémoire de forme à disposition, salle de bain pratique et grande chambre pour le Japon.
L'emplacement est vraiment idéal pour partir explorer Kyoto à pied ou en transports.

Cons:

Chambre qui sentait un peu le renfermé et interdiction d'ouvrir les fenêtres, le port USB de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, pas de tasses pour le thé fourni ( gobelets en papier disponible mais pas top pour une boisson chaude )

Posizione strategica e ottima logistica, ma la pulizia della camera è decisamente da migliorare.
Pros:

La posizione è eccellente, estremamente comoda perché si trova a pochissimi passi dalla stazione di Kyoto, il che rende gli spostamenti semplicissimi. Le lenzuola erano pulite e il bagno, nel complesso, era in ordine.

Cons:

La pulizia generale della camera purtroppo è stata deludente. Ho trovato molta polvere accumulata ovunque: sulla testata del letto (che ho dovuto pulire personalmente), sull'applique e dietro la tenda della finestra, che sembrava non venisse spostata da tempo. Inoltre, la tenda della vasca da bagno presentava tracce di muffa. Un vero peccato, perché basterebbe più attenzione ai dettagli per rendere il soggiorno piacevole.

Great location and comfortable however could do with a bit more of a clean.

Fantastic location and very quiet place to stay.

There was a strong smell from the sink, mould on the shower curtain and not enough soap in the dispenser.
