Pros:

Otele ilk girdiniz anda sizi inanılmaz güzel bir enerji ile, güleryüzle karşılıyorlar. Tüm sorularınızı içtenlikle, samimiyetle cevaplıyorlar. Sizin için yapabilecekleri bir şey varsa sonuna kadar yardımcı oluyorlar. Odalar tertemiz ve güzel. Otelin konumu çok güzel, neredeyse birçok atraksiyona yürüme mesafesinde.

Cons:

Kahve için süt yerine altın tozu kullanılabilir 😉😊

Nett, aber mit schlechter Überraschung.
Pros:

Personal an der Rezeption hilfsbereit und auch freundlich - großes Plus.

Cons:

Im Zimmer angekommen, haben wir den Schrank/Kasten gesucht - aber es gibt keinen. Es gibt nicht einmal Ablageflächen. Das einzige, was es gab, waren drei Kleiderhaken - ja echt! Wir waren 6 Nächte dort und haben wirklich aus dem Koffer gelebt. Das ist vollkommen inakzeptabel!

Die Zimmertüren fallen unnötig stark und sehr laut ins Schloss.

Great place to stay in Berlin.
Pros:

The location is excellent - close to the train station but also in walking distance to a lot of attractions. The room was very comfortable and while it didnt have a kettle, the staff at reception brought one to my room as soon as I asked.

Cons:

I was disappointed that I paid for a Queen Superior, which I got, but it was on the first floor and looked out over an empty lot. I would have also liked to have had a fridge to store things, but I think this might be a European thing as I haven’t had a fridge in the room elsewhere either.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Super Anbindung, Begrüßungscocktail, ruhiges Zimmer ohne störende Geräusche von außen.

Cons:

Bad etwas klein, wenig Ablageflächen im Zimmer bzw. Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung gerade mit Blick auf mehrere Übernachtungen in Folge (muss man halt aus dem Koffer leben) 😉

There was a rave going on in the lobby of the hotel during our stay. If I'd known this before I would have booked another hotel. Am looking for ways to file official complaint/request a refund.

Almost perfect
Pros:

Everything you want exists here. Specially the ironing room was very important to me. The bar works 24/7 and the food is great, the security with the cards is also perfect. Breakfast is decent.

Cons:

The bathroom was too small and the dishes at the breakfast area were kinda smelly and I constantly had to search for a properly cleaned one
