Location is great
Staff curt, not welcoming
When we arrived to the room our duvet and pillows were soaked. Think wet sheets. When we called to report they were so dismissive, kept insisting it was from a room spray and was fine. When housekeeping came to change they made me bad about making a fuss. At one point straight up weed smell was wafting through the room. At another point an employee knocked on our door and asked if we had seen a blue suitcase. All in all just weird. Not a high end experience at all.
We were looking for a nice hotel in the main part of downtown Napa. The hotel is in a perfect location and is very pretty. The staff were friendly and our room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
Loved it, location and facilities are top notch
Breakfast wasn't included. Website says military discount. Front desk reception snapped and snarkingly said NO.

Valet only parking. They were always busy out front and it seemed inconvenient to have to valet with ample parking in the garage behind the hotel

Remarkable hotel for service, atmosphere, and luxury. Our guestroom very clean, very well maintained, lots of conveniences including two refrigerators with one being a wine one. Great after purchasing wines and able to keep cool. Fun and calming fireplace on balcony. Very large sofa to lounge.
Excellent service provided by many employees during our two night stay. Friendly and caring. Great food during breakfast and rooftop restaurant. Excellent views and nice temperatures at rooftop restaurant.
Wonderful location as was able to walk to a couple of wine bars and listen to live music at a park.
We highly recommend, and we will be back!
