Everything was okay

One small, slow elevator

The AC was really old and loud, had a hard time sleeping

We never encountered anything we did not find satisfactory.

There were not enough pillows to start off with in the room, there is ONE elevator and it is located to one side, not centrally, so if you have a room that's on the other side of the building, then it's a trek to get to your room. The elevator is TINY, the bell cart barely fits into it, parking is packed after 7PM, the only other option is the street. They parking under the building which could be utilized is not supervised, several cars took up multiple spaces and this was every night for 6 nights, so it's must be consistently unmanaged. The AC unit in our room needed replacing, it worked subtly when we had it turned all the way up, and we asked the desk several times to fix the phone, which was the wrong unit for the room and was completely dead even when plugged in. Also, the TV's are for streaming ONLY and there are NO BBQs for guests even though that is the only reason we booked this hotel. There is but one microwave and to use it we had to make the double long trek from our room all the way to the lobby/breakfast area to use it. That was unfortunate planning. Getting to the hotel is a bit tricky, because navigation will tell you to go in circles at all the wrong times. The key cards became demagnetized far too often, which would not have been such a bug deal except that you cannot enter the parking lot with out it, so you have to hope that no one pulls in behind you so that you can reverse, pull into a (hopefully) open check-in spot, then go into the lobby just to enter the lot. Then because our room was on the opposite side of the hotel than the only elevator, we had to constantly trek the length of the hotel back and forth several times just to then get into our rooms.

The property did not provide hand soap and hair dryer

It took me some time to figure out the hot water. It was a little confusing, but eventually we managed.

Our stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean when we arrived. When we turned on the shower, we found hairs on the shower curtain that clearly did not belong to us. The room also had an unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable from the start.

The beds were very uncomfortable, there was no closet to store our clothes, and the in-room safe did not work. The hotel also felt extremely crowded throughout our stay.

The most serious issue was that my husband was injured by the bed frame, which cut the side of his leg. We reported the incident to the hotel during our stay.

Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations. We hope the hotel improves its cleanliness, room maintenance, and guest safety so that future guests do not have a similar experience.

We didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room and that there was any regular coffee available in the room only decaf. Also with me booking the room notating three adults I wish there was more towels available upon arrival.
