Budget stay if you want ballance between price and quality
Pros:

I like that hotel is renovated and room is clean, but it's still good old hotel/motal with a facelift

Cons:

There was a coffee machine with pack of drip coffee and sugar, but no stirrers, no bottle of water

we enjoyed our stay there i would recomend to family and friends.

the check in the clerk was very helpful. he made sure that i had everything that we needed

Pros:

The grounds are well kept. There is a supportive and friendly staff that offer excellent service.
To my surprise the hotel has changed owners and renovated the hotel to a "5 Star Rating".
Apprietation to the dedicated staff and their efforts of excellent service 👏

Cons:

Some unpleasant odor during the day. ( To be fair there were workers above the room. It was rectified. 😉

Cons:

Las instalaciones súper descuidadas, sin mantenimiento, olor a humedad, se activó a media noche el detector de humos por fallas en las baterías y me tocó a mí misma desmontarlo y llevarlo a recepción porque el sonido era desesperante. Los acabados muy descuidados y maltratados.
