Great budget hotel at the North of Isla Mujeres.
Rooms exceptionally clean,had a fridge,air con and a small kitchenette.
The hotel gas a lovely small swimming pool,lounging chairs,a beautiful garden,outside shower and toilet..

La ubicación, camas cómodas, buena presión de agua
El compresor de frigorífico al hacer los cambios de enfriamiento tronaba muy fuerte, eso molestaba en las noches.
Su ventilador de techo no funcionaba, dijeron que no lo tenían programado a ningún apagador, que lo checarian. Según lo programaron para que funcionará Pero creo giraba más soplandonle que con su nivel 3 de girar.
Creo que los 2 camastros que tienen saliendo de la habitación de arriba son obsoletos pues la alberca está abajo y da fuertísimo el sol porque no tienen ninguna sombrillita. Creo les funcionaria más una mesita con sombrilla y 2 sillas.
La amplitud de la habitación y la cama súper cómoda. Había un tanque de agua mineral en recepción para llenar las botellas y un microondas para calentar. Muy útil
Por poner un pero, las almohadas algo altas. Es cuestión de gustos.

Afstand naar het strand en de vele vreemde regels in het hotel.
Geen normale en wat karige handdoeken service.
Geen veilig gevoel op de kamer, door dat de deur niet dicht kan vallen in het slot. Teveel geluiden van de omgeving en verbouwing aan het gebouw.

Small garden and cool plunge pool in shade from hot sun and loud streets.
Main customer service people need training or need to change jobs. I am a Customer Service expert executive from a Fortune 500 company and if you have a boutique hotel you need to exude customer service given it doesn’t have amenities like 5 star larger hotel chains.
It’s all about smiles and courtesy.
I speak Spanish so the front desk shouldn’t discourage me when I’m trying to practice for over 17 yrs and other local Mexicans listen and try to communicate because I know enough to get by. I was not amused at their making fun of my Spanish which is supposed to be embraced as an honour when other cultures try to speak your local language.
My friend wanted to leave her bag before she got on the ferry in my room and take a quick shower. Instead of stating clear strict rules they didn’t accommodate this even when it was just for an hour before her ferry.
I would have paid $20 more but there wasn’t an option other than paying for another person overnight. This is what 5 star hotels do. None of the other boutique hotels do this. They accommodate to ensure repeat customers.
When I asked a question the front desk said read the 1 page contract. If they know the answer there is a simple polite way of saying “yes there is a security deposit for the safe and it’s $X”. It takes less than 30 seconds and it’s baseline 101 customer service to communicate. If I wanted to interact with a paper then front desk should be an iPad and the owners would save money because the customers would not have to deal with bad entitled employees’ bad attitudes.
Dogs barking should be noted in hotel description if this is normal.
El hotel está cerca de la estación de llegada del ferry, y varias calles con muchas opciones gastronómicas.
Las habitaciones son limpias, y con lo necesario para tener un buen descanso. (a/a, ventilador, TV, baño privado, etc)
No tuvimos tiempo de usar la piscina.
La atención en recepción fue amable y respetuosa.
Es un detalle personal, pero el olor del aromatizante no es agradable, algo más fresco sería lo ideal.
Location is amazing! Very close to the harbor and restaurants but very quiet to sleep. The king size bed was really comfortable and the fridge worked really well, to keep some food and water coll during the day.
The swimming pool area is not the best. Consider the pool just to refresh a little bit but not to stay comfortable for a long time. There are only 3 chairs to chill and the pool is too close to some rooms.
La temperatura en las habitaciones es muy agradable, no son nada calurosas. Las camas son cómodas y la relación calidad precio está bien. La ubicación es buena ya que está a tres minutos de la estación de ferry y nosotras viajábamos desde Cancún.
La cocina de la habitación tenía un olor un poco extraño, nosotras no la usamos.
