Pros:

The room was large, very clean and had everything we required.
Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

One lady at breakfast was pleasant however when my friend asked for something that had been removed from the breakfast buffet, although she honoured the request, it was with some reluctance. I value excellent customer service and this was below my expectations.

Well placed Hotel
Pros:

Good welcome upon arrival. Staff were attentive when called upon.

Cons:

We had to wait for staff, a few times when eating our evening meal each night. Plenty of staff, but twice we had to call someone over to take our order, then clear the table & pay the bill.

Would visit again when it's not summer prices or temperatures!
Pros:

Really liked the dining space, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was very refined.

Cons:

The room was in the attic - it was so hot and had no air conditioning. In the middle of a heatwave this wasn't super pleasant. It was very expensive in August so didn't feel like very good value but I'm sure if you went off season it would feel a bit more well priced.

Gorgeous hotel, very comfortable, would return
Pros:

Conveniently located right in the centre. Very good staff, clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast and very cute bar at the rear of the hotel.

Cons:

Check out on a Saturday is 10.30am which I feel is too early, all hotels seem to be 11am or midday in some cases so I feel this could be reviewed seeing as the cost to stay here isn’t cheap.
