The Garden Rooms are separate from the main building and are at the rear of the hotel. These rooms are our only dog-friendly rooms. They have a small garden area with an outdoor terrace and seating and views of Southwold Lighthouse.
Dogs are charged at £15 per dog per night, the hotel itself is not dog friendly.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Location was amazing for beach and town centre. Breakfast -staff were very accommodating and breakfast good. Room lovely.
Needs brighter light where u can do hair and make up. Bathroom light good for everything else but needed better for make up.
Very good breakfast, 2nd day not as good as the first in terms of presentation and no hash browns ( or notice of the lack therof) but still great!

The hotel was really well decorated, cosy and welcoming. Our room was lovely and spacious with great facilities and a gorgeous claw footed bath. The staff were really friendly and did all they could to ensure you had a fabulous stay. The hotel is in a great position right near the beach and town centre.
