Staff helped my sister with a double booking and were very kind.
Pros:

Clean and simple.
Breakfast was excellent.
Staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The shared sliding door to closet and bathroom was lame.

Will definitely stay with Hampton Inn again.
Pros:

We arrived much earlier than expected and received an unexpected upgrade. Our room was large and very nice. We appreciated the extra attention. Breakfast was also quite good.

Everything was great.

Overall , it was nice clean hotel but the matress wasn’t comfortable

The bed mattress is worn out . My hip and back hurt after sleeping on it for 2 days . It sinks in once you lay on it .

The quiet of the location

Cons:

The ladies checking in were not welcoming, not helpful when asking for help with local food options nearby. The lady C##### acted like the question was a burden and inferring on her time. Even though there was no other customers there. I asked if they provided a bottle of water for guests at check in she pointed to the market area at 4.50 a water. Then when a male guest came they gave him a bottled water..
Other than these 2 things I loved the hotel, location/room/facility, the morning staff was awesome.

Good stay, a little pricey when you add on 15+% to the cost .
Pros:

Quiet room! Comfortable bed, clean room.

Cons:

Seating in room was not set up for watching TV, but then nobody goes to Seattle to watch TV. Bed faced one way, TV the other way. What is this beast of an easy chair? See picture

Great hotel in good location. Good price for the ammenities offered.
Pros:

The front desk staff was extremely helpfull, polite, patient and courteous. The texting was a great feature and not having to call the front desk was a pleasant surprise. Sofia did an excellent job with the housekeeping and I had the most restful 2 nights sleep ever with that comfortable bed. The room layout allowed for sitting around and talking and not having to use the bed for that. Secure parking made one less thing I had to worry about. The breakfast was fantastic. Good variety. Reasonable hours and very clean tables.
